Personally took us part of the way to the Tianmen shan cable car station (10min walk from the hotel) and found us when we were lost in the city. Provided lots of information and travel tips for our itinerary and were easily accessible on WeChat throughout our stay. Helped us book our tickets for very honest and reasonable prices. Should be noted that the buffet breakfast was catered for early risers and the hotel building is old but there are partial renovations.
