The room was great. Health services are very good. The boss is also very enthusiastic. Our first time to Zhangjiajie. This is my second time in Zhangjiajie. As far as accommodation is concerned, I used to live in a Samsung business hotel in Dayong City, Zhangjiajie. This time I was in a hurry. I found a homestay next to Zhangjiajie West Station at night. I compared the situation of two stays. This one feels cleaner and more hygienic. The place is also easier to find. The boss will pick it up at the door. After entering, I feel that the room is very clean. The things are also homely. It is not so like a hotel. The room is very cost-effective. It is very quiet at night. All kinds of facilities are also very complete. The picture below is attached.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It's in a great location in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of food, shops and activity around it, yet you do not hear any noise from the rooms. Only 5 minutes walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and 10 minutes drive to the airport. Xiaoqian made our experience even better with some very friendly service and even upgraded our room for free. We were very happy with our experience and when we asked to extend our stay by an extra night, Xiaoqian offered a discounted rate. Highly recommended for your stay in Zhangjiajie.

I like to stay at the Jiezhi - Xiangxi love Hotel every time I go to Zhangjiajie. The hotel is clean and the rooms have a great view. There’s a gym, a laundromat, a massage chair and other amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the location of the hotel is by the river and is in the middle of the city. You’re literally 10 minutes away from everywhere: the train station, restaurants and malls, etc.. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone coming to Zhangjiajie Last but not least, I want to give a special thanks to暖暖 (Nuǎn Nuǎn) and her friends. 暖暖 showed me around the city and invited me to dinner with her friends. She also drove me to the national park on her day off. Thank you so much 暖暖!

The boss is a very enthusiastic person. We came a bit late and couldn't see the road in the dark. It was recommended that the boss come to the intersection to pick us up and take our luggage. The room was very clean. The family of four in the rice bed was also very comfortable to rest. Everything was very new. Net, finally the boss also sent us to the high-speed rail station, thank you very much! The previous five days were the rooms booked by the tour guide for us, but there was no inn booked by myself! This trip experience is the best stop, and I feel the simplicity and enthusiasm of the locals. I will book here next time I come to Zhangjiajie.

Location was just perfect, directly opposite the TianMen Mountain Cable car. Room was so comfortable. The breakfast was great (especially eating so many days of Chinese food), there was many variety to choose from. The staffs at the restaurant there were friendly. Kudos to Chef Hu. There was another two aunty staffs (which I have forgotten their name, but should be from housekeeping) that were of great help, the laundry dryer was so packed till everyone was queueing to use them. They took out extra dryers from the storeroom for our use. Really appreciate their help . 👍👍👍

LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

We had a great two-night stay at the Xianglai Inn. It is a short drive from the Zhangjiajie west railway station, to which we were offered rides whenever we needed by staff. The clean and inviting rooms were only outmatched by the service here. Access to Zhangjiajie National Park was easy following directions from staff, taking a cheap 30-minute bus to the park's east gate.

It was very convenient to go to Tianmen Mountain or the city. The community environment was also quite nice. The landlord was very good and patient.
