My experience has been extremely comfortable along with my family. The hotel itself convinced me to extend my stay for 3 more nights. With all my appreciation to the Hotel Management, I would still request the team to consider further enhancing their breakfast which is already very good, and still is open for new additions and more variety, Overall a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from my side. I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zhangjiajie. The location was perfect—just 200 meters from Cable Car Station A to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. It made getting to the scenic area incredibly convenient. My room was so big, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain!

Wonderful Family Stay at Hampton by Hilton! We booked two rooms for a short family getaway. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. Rooms & Comfort: The twin rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. Location: Perfectly located near Tianmen Mountain, the hotel made it easy for us to access local attractions. It’s a great base for sightseeing and nature lovers. 💁♂️ Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly.

Great stay, very friendly family. Location: although not super close to cable car station, its a nice quartier to walk around (restaurants, little stores, fruit stalls), theres a big stone in front of it. Room: spacious, low light, big window, no smell, good bed, clean. Ask for high floor or front building room to avoid restaurant smell from the street. They can gently help you to purchase tickets for attractions at good price. Use phone translator.

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff were so helpful, they helped me plan my trips through the national park and Tianmen mountain showing me different options based on the time I had there and included summaries of time taken and prices or any additional costs. Once the trips were planned they gave me brilliant maps where they drew out the routes and booked the entrance tickets for me at a discount. I had no issues at all on either day spent trekking. The room was clean with fresh towels provided daily and a comfortable bed. They have good English too and are very helpful for any questions I had. It’s also just off an area with small restaurants and food stalls selling delicious food and is in a prime location for tianmen mountain. For the park, they showed me where to get the bus from. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel very close to the entry for Line A Tianmen Mountain (long cable car). It was really easy to walk there. There are also a lot of shops around so if you need anything last minute there's no worries to be had. The room itself was amazingly clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and the sheets, towels and bathrobe were also very very soft. Our stay included a breakfast and we enjoyed the food selection, which included both Chinese traditional food and more western dishes. The staff was very friendly both at check-in and checkout. Definitely reccomended staying here.

Fantastic stay at Atour hotel, amenities are new and location is walkable to Tianmenshan cableway attraction. Felt very safe living in Atour hotel, breakfast was widespread and great to keep our tummy full before we start our Tianmenshan expedition. Didi from airport to Atour was also fast, would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Atour. There are also plenty of eateries around Atour hotel! Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful hotel, new building, new rooms, good amenities, USB Type C socket available next to bed, good breakfast, nice lobby, well received by front office, fast lift, good foods and convenient store, near to 天门山 cable car. Will I return? YES! Just one remark, should provide disposable razor

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Rooftop Hotel with Breathtaking Views! Staying at this rooftop hotel was an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

Amazing treat. The owner was really useful and helpful. The room is very comfortable and fancy. the view is just of the downtown neighborhood, full of skyscrapers as you can see from the hotel pictures. The discount offered for the entrance to tianmen mountain and national park is recommended. The hotel is just 15min walk to tianmen cable car entrance and 10min to the bus station. Be aware that in the mountain there are around 10C less than the city! The day before we had 30C and the day after rain and 10C, however we didn't expect snow! If you arrive by high speed train, the high speed train station is outside the city, take the bus lines 17 or 6 for about 45min, however a taxi will be just faster. On the way to the national park/wulingyuan, the bus station was complicated to find and use as a foreigner, so we ended up taking the taxi. To reach the airport it is just 10-30rmb taxi ride (no bus available from the area).
