Stay was great! And location is very close to Tianmen cable. Staff was also really really helpful! Texting from the beginning to the end, arranging pickup from airport, and we were also late to checkout and they were very understanding. Highly recommend!

Great stay, very friendly family. Location: although not super close to cable car station, its a nice quartier to walk around (restaurants, little stores, fruit stalls), theres a big stone in front of it. Room: spacious, low light, big window, no smell, good bed, clean. Ask for high floor or front building room to avoid restaurant smell from the street. They can gently help you to purchase tickets for attractions at good price. Use phone translator.

1. The service is good, the boss is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The facilities are very new, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard. The only problem is that the mosquitoes are too strong. The air conditioning is very powerful, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and a smart toilet, but the space is too small. 2. The scenery is superb, and Tianmen Cave is opposite. It is a real pleasure to sit in front of the small table for making tea and look at the Tianmen Cave 3. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Tianmen Cave Cableway, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is available at the door. 4. The beef factory restaurant nearby is delicious. 5. The breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good. I didn't try their home-cooked dishes, but I can tell from the breakfast that they must taste good. Mind the point It's too close to the airport, with a flight every 15 minutes on average. The noise is very loud, but I don't mind it, but if you have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it. The passage upstairs is narrow, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage

Great location of hotel, walking distance to the Tianmen cable way just around the corner. There are also food strips in and around the hotel with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and tidy. No issues at all. However the electric had gone off and we got stuck in the lift it was a very bad experience however not the hotels fault and the host was very attentive and apologised numerous times. Overall the hotel is great if you are visiting the city and Tianmen mountain and is in one of the best locations.

The room was clean and tidy. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided excellent and clear guidance on local attractions and routes, and a pick-up service was also available. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the shower's non-slip surface; it was quite slippery, making hard-soled slippers a necessity. Highly recommended!

The hotel offered excellent, attentive service, including convenient pick-up and drop-off. The rooms were well-equipped and nicely decorated, providing a really homey atmosphere. While the breakfast area was modest in size, it boasted a wide and delicious selection of food. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's also not far from Qishi'er Qilou. Plus, parking was hassle-free. Definitely recommend!

My stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain was absolutely exceptional. I spent one night there while traveling from Shanghai, planning to take the cable car up to Tianmen Mountain. From the very beginning, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. When it turned out that my power bank had been taken away at Shanghai airport (due to new regulations), the hotel immediately offered me a replacement charger. What’s more, someone from the staff actually bought a brand-new Huawei charger perfectly suited to my needs and delivered it to my room within half an hour. I didn’t have to arrange or look for anything – everything was taken care of, which was truly thoughtful. The room was even more beautiful than in the photos – a wonderful bathtub, great interior design, and a stylish décor that made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. It was an extremely comfortable place with a stunning view of the cable cars climbing up to Tianmen Mountain. What’s more, the staff were also very helpful in providing information and assisting with booking tickets for the cable car. Thanks to them, I saved a lot of time and stress. The entire team deserves the highest praise for their kindness and professionalism. In summary: this hotel is a real gem. I would definitely love to return and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The room was very quiet, and the in-room TV supports screen mirroring. There are plenty of dining options near the hotel, and they offer laundry facilities with dryers. Ms. Wu at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful; she even gave me a DIY fan during the scorching summer heat, which was incredibly handy for staying cool while out exploring. The lobby also offered complimentary refreshments like iced lemon water and coffee, which were a true lifesaver from the heat after a day of sightseeing. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

This is the second time that i booked in this hotel. The first one was 3 years ago together with our friend. This hotel really doesn't disappoint. It's convenient from everything. From Zhangjiajiexi station is only 12-15 minutes away by didi or taxi, down the hotel have so many restaurants and refreshment stores around, it's near the gondola goi.f to tianamen mountain, have travel agencies everywhere. All the staff in this hotel are all very nice and approachable. They use a translation device to communicate with foreigners like me and my husband and they would even add you on wechat if there's something that you need to ask for their assistance. Would still go back to this hotel in the future and would recommend it to my friends.
