We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and warm welcome. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and were immediately able to check into our room. That evening, they had a barbecue with karaoke, and they were so kind to invite us. We left the hotel early to go to the train station, and they served us a delicious breakfast in our room. Our experience at this hotel will be unforgettable. I highly recommend it!

Customer service is fabulous. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room is huge n clean. Breakfast is big and very yummy; n is served in our room. We don’t mind if it is served in the dining room though. Very Recommended.

環境清幽 房屋整潔有露台 離車站也挺近的
因為不想一直換住宿而選這家的 雖然不在市區但是是在去各個景點都相對近的中心點 不難打車
旁邊還有美術可以參觀 看看本地獨有的砂石畫
員工都很親切 服務周到👍🏻

房間乾淨，環境好，晚上也安靜，停車位充足，裝修風格也很有格調，離索道上站還是國家森林公園開車都衹有三十分鐘左右，超值

設施：非常齊全，有小瓶裝的洗髮水，護髮素，沐浴露和潤膚乳，洗漱用品也很齊全，還有小冰箱和投影設備
衞生：衞生不錯，乾淨整潔沒有怪味，床品也很舒服，一夜好眠
環境：在軍聲藝術館裏，住店可以去免費參觀。有預算的話強烈建議買一副砂石畫作品，真的非常有觀賞和收藏價值，難得的藝術品！
服務：服務太貼心啦，因為是陪老公跑半馬，終點在附近所以趕在封路前提早趕過來辦入住，因為上一家沒來得及吃早飯，店家還貼心的煮了麪給我，狂贊👍🏻
酒店也有自己的餐廳可以單獨點菜，味道也非常不錯
位置在張家界西站不遠，不論是去森林公園還是天門山位置都比較居中，打車也很方便，如果不想中途換酒店的話這裡是非常值得推薦的！

五一因為一早要趕高鐵就定了這個離西站很近的民宿，沒想到性價比這麼高，離西站就10分鐘，環境很不錯，旁邊就是美術館，還有沙石畫、陶藝等體驗項目，娃體驗了一個沙石畫，回來特別開心，很滿意的一次住宿體驗

住民宿是真的碰運氣，還好老闆的態度很不錯，提出的需求基本也能答應，如果有酒店升級權益的建議提前與店家聯繫溝通，不要自己白白吃了啞巴虧，早餐就是普普通通吧。
