This hotel exceeded all my expectations.
1) Very welcoming, helpful and responsive staff. We were given all the instructions on how to find the hotel, how to leave by bus to Wulingyuan.
2) Very clean, beautiful and comfortable room, equipped with everything you need.
3) Very convenient location: door-to-door with Zhangjiajie Center Bus Station and very close to Zhangjiajie Railway Station and the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Lots of cafes around.
I even regret that we stayed in this hotel for only one night. I would have stayed here longer.

EXCELLENT experience. The room is very nice: very clean, modern furniture, good materials, large shower, different lighting, plenty of space and comfortable beds. Unbeatable location to visit the Zhangjiajie Natural Park, Tiananmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge. But the best of all is the service: they helped us with everything we needed even before we asked.

The best and most cost-effective place I have ever stayed in in Changsha
The room decoration and environment are good. The bedding in the room is also very good. The facilities and equipment are very complete. There is also a small refrigerator. The service staff is very attentive and considerate. There is also laundry and luggage delivery services.

Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, warm and thoughtful service from the service staff, elegant and clean environment, very good B&B with high cost performance. Although the hotel is near the bus station, it is not noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose it again when I come to Zhangjiajie next time.
