for overnight stay is fine. However no sound proof van heard upstairs chair dragging , people talking, door closing and train even on 11th floor.

It is convenient situated near the bus line but the pictures and the actual room are not the same it was big but very outdated. I only stayed for 4 hours while waiting for my flight. Cost effective yes but not for a long stay. The reception area is untidy and it looks like a dump. So I would not recommend this hotel to fiends but for a layover of a few hours it’s ok

Lady boss is nice and helpful. She gave me some useful tourist information. The place is quite run down with outdated facilities. It doesn't look very clean. The worst thing is very very noisy because close to train station.

Easy to find, great location and not expensive. There are direct bus from West railway station to central railway station. Easily walk to Tienmen cable station.

there was a cockroach on the bed on the first day of my stay, and then on my second day there was another one near the kettle. I think it’s an old hotel? the bathroom wall was a little broken, there was a leak but they fixed it immediately. ammenities just 2 sachets of body & shampoo each, toothbrush, comb, tissue, hair dryer. there’s an ac that can work as a heater too. location is right beside the railway station (not to be confused with the west one), right beside the bus station that can bring you to the national park & very close to the public bus station. you can also walk to the tianmen ticket and cable car station. it was easy to communicate with the host, fast response with wechat.

The hotel location is convenient to travel in tian men shan. And it also next to the bus station which can go to wu ling yuan. The room is wide but there are noise from train horn until 11.00 p.m.. There are many chinese restaurants around the hotel.

The room is very spacious, the price is favorable and low, the facilities are complete and trouble-free, the environment is unique, the room window faces Tianmen Mountain, the service is warm and in place, it is the preferred apartment for tourists to Zhangjiajie.
