The hotel personnel are good and very helpful. Specially the girls in front desk. The rooms are big enough and clean. However, there is a ktv club at floor 3 and 4 which was disgusting. Every night many inappropriate low level guys came to hetel in the same elevator with guests,smoking freely even in elevators. Middle of the night, around 5 AM we heard sounds of drunk people laughing and speaking loudly in the corridor. Some rented rooms hourly and brought girls. If it was only hotel it was good but the ktv and it's customers were disgusting. Not suitable for families. However, I think the hotel owner earns more from the club than the hotel and they never change anything about it.

It’s a great hotel. Clean, great views, good location and the room is spacious.
Nini was extremely helpful and made the stay a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to help us connect to the WiFi, and explain the amenities

The hotel rooms are very large, nicely furnished, new, and clean. A river view is a must. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel is neglected and reeks of cigarettes. Breakfast is very modest and monotonous; it's better to eat somewhere else.

Better choose another hotel. There is a KTV and you can see *********** and people super drunk and smoking everywhere. The rest is ok but who cares.
