I went from the station to the wrong Atour hotel (there are two). However, the receptionist was super helpful - she ordered a DiDi for me to the correct hotel. She also helped me with the fact that the DiDi driver from the railway station tried to overcharge me. I don’t know her name, but I am very grateful to her!
The staff at the correct Atour hotel were also very helpful - thank you.

As usual, I am impressed with Atour hotel! The room was super comfortable and we really had a good night sleep after attempting the 999 steps down the Tianmenshan mountain ! The staff were very friendly, too!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and chose it for the fantastic location close to the cable car for the Tianmen mountain national park (only a 5-8min walk away).
The amenities were fantastic and the room larger than what we expected.
The hotel offers a hotel breakfast for a fee which we opted for and Im glad we did! It was a great way to experience local breakfast for foreigners like ourselves. The staff did not speak much english but we were able to communicate very well via wechat translate & message.
Our room was also a bit warm due to the central heating, but reception was very accommodating and got a fan for our room which helped a lot. The hotel had also let us know there was construction which was fine but they even provided us with earplugs which we thought was very considerate. Overall, it was a fantastic stay at Zhangjiajie - would definitely recommend!

Very good location, only require 5 mins to walk to the entrance of the Tianmen mountains! There’s a number of food options around as well. The service is also good - just like any other Atour branches! The building exterior looks a bit old but the interior amenities are still good 👍

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by an employee at the counter named Meesa. She went above and beyond to assist us, offering great restaurant recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed, including providing water during our multi-night stay.
Her dedication and genuine care for guests truly reflect the high standards of hospitality that every hotel should strive for. Meesa is an excellent example of service-minded professionalism, and her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and applaud the team for their commitment to great service.
I had a pleasant stay overall, but there was an issue on the first night that affected my experience. My sleep was disrupted due to a strong smell of smoke coming from another room, which somehow entered my room. This was disappointing as it impacted my comfort during the stay.

(Foreigners) The hotel is very close to the Tianmenshan cableway station (3 minutes walk), rooms are spacious, clean and new. Awesome (!!) and friendly receptionists who were willing to assist with anything and everything.
Breakfast is very good and has many options.

Amazing hotel very friendly staff and it's so close to olthe restaurants and Tian Men Shan (Heavens Gate) cable car. Perfect hotel in Zhangjiajie
