It was a nice hotel, new and clean. The staff at the reception (小楊） was very helpful. She offered to help us by getting her colleague to take us to the railway station. We will definitely want to stay here again when coming to this area in the future.

The hotel amenities and staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the ease of of comfort at this hotel. The shower and water pressure was amazing. After a long day of exploring it’s easy to come back and relax.

The location would have been superb but now there is construction next to it. Expect some noise/dust in day if u stay in. At night my room gets road noise and cant close window (for cool air - 10 deg) as the hotel activate heater that is too warm to sleep for me.
Room amenities, slippers and what i paid for Breakfast is amazing though!

💖 Wonderful Stay at Atour Tianmen Mountain Cableway Hotel, Zhangjiajie
I really want to say thank you to the lovely receptionist Ms. Guoli 🌸
She was so kind and helpful — she helped me arrange an early check-in, made sure my room was ready, and even called the hotel in Furong Town to help me arrange a car pick-up from the train station.
That really saved me a lot of time and made my trip so much easier!
The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with great service and a warm welcome.
If I ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I’ll definitely stay at Atour Tianmen Mountain Hotel again. ❤️

Good location for visiting Tianmen Mountain, close to cable car entrance and shuttle bus station for lines B&C. Room was clean and comfortable, really comfy bed. Free laundry facilities which was very handy. Lots of places to eat locally, and a short Didi ride to 72 Tower, under $2. It's about 40 minute ride to Zhangjiajie National Forest East entrance with a Didi under $10 each way. Beware, there are a number of Atour hotels in Zhangjiajie, so make sure you put the right one in when booking your taxi, not like me who went to the wrong one 😀

Very centrally located in Zhagjiajie. Friendly and attentive staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights without hassles.

Hotel located near Tianmenshan cable car line A, walking around 5 minutes and surround with restaurants, mini mart. The hotel also provide bottles, and laundry station. Easy to get around, the breakfast are good taste, with local food and variety.

Great ambiance and cleanliness as soon as you walk in. They share the building with other hotels but you need key card to get to your floor so it’s safe. Room is spacious and clean, great amenities. We made use of the laundry room (it’s free!) and the security guard even helps to move your clothes from washer to dryer. 7 mins walk to the cable car station to goto tianmen mountain, super convenient. I only took photos of the breakfast because it was amazing - the best wonton soup I’ve had so far in hotels !!!
