I give 5 stars for location conditionally. If you want to give to Tianmen mountain, the place is 40km away. If you want to go to Tianzi, place is just under the mountain. Also, there are no basically any places outside except two small stores where you can buy very basic things.
The couple run this hotel and they are kind and hospitable people.
Breakfast can be better.
Sound insulation is unfortunately nonexistant. You are going to hear everything that is going on outside your room.
Rooms are convenient and beds are good. Shower is good. One important thing: There is a squat toilet in the bathroom. There is an AC in the room. Wifi is ok.

很不錯，老闆和老闆娘都很親切友善，還會幫助我們制定旅遊計劃，算是非常划算的出行了，很推薦來張家界森林公園玩的住在這裏，環境清幽，甚至院子裏的花叢中都時常能看到蜂鳥！

客棧位於張家界景區西門（近楊家界景點），環境優美，設施齊全，交通方便。老闆娘一家土家族人，經營客棧十年有餘，質樸好客，最值得一提的是老闆娘的好廚藝，在客棧便可吃到地道的土家族菜餚。傍晚是閑看落日，和老闆家人閑聊，聽張家界的歷史，風土，小眾美景等，非常愜意。

這家民宿不錯，在景區裏面，我們自駕車晚上到的，老闆娘接我們的，車可以直接開進景區到她家，小院環境很舒心，老闆一家人很熱情，還幫我們免費規劃行程，不用二次進山排隊，環保車從她家門口經過，招手就停，還有老闆做的飯菜也挺好吃的，有機會再來還會選擇住她家，遊玩真的太方便了，值得推薦👍👍👍
