很不錯的酒店裝修高檔大氣，前台服務很熱情，安保小哥指引停車，還幫忙拿行李，很熱心的，酒店外面餐廳多，吃東西都很方便，去天門山景區也衹需8分鐘路程，就是等電梯時間長點，剛好電梯維修。

地點處於市中心，出外遊玩辦事很方便，前台服務周到熱情，應我們要求，還贈送了早餐，美中不足就是停車場出入不太方便。總體不錯。

早上到的很早，前台小姐姐的處理方式及安排都無可挑剔。房間屬於簡約風，乾淨衞生，洗澡出水速度很快，此點很加分。環境也不錯，周邊吃東西購物也很是方便，到天門山開車幾分鐘就到。值得推薦[強]

首先，我要誇誇前台小姐姐，真的是超級貼心！跟朋友坐在大堂聊天隨口説了句有點冷，帶的衣服少了，她們馬上主動跟我説服務枱的百寶箱裏有暖寶寶，還主動的給我們拿了兩個。且還提醒我們有需要可以直接根據需求自取。
而且，他們的態度也超級好，總是微笑着和我打招呼，讓我感到非常温馨。這種賓至如歸的感覺，真的是太棒了！
除此之外，酒店的其他服務也非常出色。保安大哥看到我們行李有點多，主動的推了行李車給我們將行李送到了房間。還有，酒店的清潔工作也做得非常到位，房間總是乾淨整潔，讓我住得非常舒心。
總之，這家酒店的服務真的是太棒了！無論是服務員的態度，還是其他各項服務的質量，都讓我感到非常滿意。給你們工作人員5分

環境不錯，交通便捷。我睡眠質量比較差的居然難得的睡了一個好覺！周邊吃東西很方便，提出的訴求處理的也非常及時。天門山不遠，打個車幾分鐘就到了；碰上纜車檢修沒有坐上長纜車衹能給4分，風景還是很不錯的。回來很晚了車要停地下車場，安保還開了個電瓶車接送，很是加分。

來了多次了，服務是一如既往的好，這也是多次選擇的主要原因。前台小姐姐很漂亮，房間舒適乾淨衞生。送了早餐券，品種頗多能夠解決各種口味需求，因為起的太早吃不進有點浪費了。必須推薦👍👍👍

酒店地理位置很不錯，交通方便，下高速後很快就到，可免費停車。 設施較新，房間乾淨整潔，窗簾和電子產品是智能的。服務很好很細緻，前台小姐姐推薦的本地三下鍋很好吃。離天門山很近，退房後行李寄存在前台玩玩了才回來取，很是方便。
