The hotel is in the heart of downtown Zhangjiajie, and incredibly close to the Hehua Airport and West Train Station (10/15 minutes respectfully). There are convenience stores and restaurants everywhere, which made it super helpful if we needed any last minute supplies for heading out.
The front desk made checking in super easy and efficient, and they helped answer any questions if we had them.
The rooms weren’t the cleanest, but still so worth it for the price that you’re paying for the size, amenities, and location.

I went to Tianmen Mountain for a while and was sweating profusely. I wanted to go to the hotel to take a shower and rest in peace, but I was not told that there was no hot water. I had to wait for 2 hours. It was 10 o'clock in the evening and there was still no hot water. Finally, I was told that it would be available the next day. Hot water is only available during the day😡😡😡. Shouldn’t guests be informed in advance when checking in in special circumstances like this? Super bad experience
