Excellent location. The hotel is just behind the parking area of the West gate. Night market is on the same road as the hotel. We could see it from our room window. They have round beds and slanting roof. It was a nice experience. They provided 2 bottles of water every day and even toiletries when ever we needed. Hot water only available during evening and night. Staff is friendly. Rooms were neat and tidy. Great choice.

The hotel is on the side of the road, quite big, easy to find, parking is convenient, the price is relatively affordable. It takes 3 minutes to get to the East Gate. It is very convenient to eat at the snack street in front of the hotel. The front desk lady is very friendly. The front desk also provides luggage storage service for convenient travel. It is very cost-effective.

Since it was our first time in Zhangjiajie, the boss carefully planned the route for us at the front desk, answered all our questions, and spoke in a friendly manner. We stayed for a few more nights. The restaurants next to the hotel all tasted good (if you can't eat spicy food, you must tell the waiter in advance that you don't want it spicy [grin][grin]). I don't understand the purpose of those who gave good reviews. The environment and sanitation are poor, there is no service, let alone the quality of service. The toiletries in the room are all unknown brands. We had a twin room with kids and they didn't give us an extra pillow even though we wanted one. The humidity in the room was high and very uncomfortable. I advise everyone to choose carefully.
