We stayed here again because of the hot bath and accommodating staff! They let us in early when it was freezing outside and let us have a late checkout because our train wasn't till later in the day so we could stay nice and warm! They were very kind and helped us with everything! Even got our laundry done before moving on to the next part of our journey!

要去天門山所以定了這個民宿，中午11點到民宿門大開，一個人也沒有給老闆打電話老闆説前台在樓下買東西馬上就上來了，然後等了半個小時。（在已經告知定了12點時間段門票的情況下）
晚上回來想多拿一個枕頭也找不到前台最後在門口櫃子裏找到了一個枕頭，上面還有一坨黃色不明物，很臟，晚上要蚊香液也是前台找不到人（在前台喊了問了有沒有人也沒人理），基本就是需要什麼都得靠打電話聯繫。
衞生方面，房間地下的邊邊上都是灰塵，淋浴間地漏上還有沒處理乾淨的頭髮
最後因為下雨原因無法繼續在張家界遊玩原本定了兩天的酒店想退訂一天，老闆説退不了，我們就直接提前離開了，問怎麼退房，在我入住的24個小時裏總共見過2回前台，都是我打電話叫來的，問有沒有雨具可以借用一下，打了車在樓下上車，老闆説沒有雨具，可以賣給我雨衣10元一個，後面説可以不收錢，希望我能給他個好評
特此説明，沒有拿您的雨衣，不存在拿了還沒給您好評的情況，衹是基於我本次糟糕的體驗實話實説罷了

實物與圖片嚴重不符，衞生極其差，馬桶坐墊上還有尿，拖鞋很醜，一進門就一股臭味，影響睡覺和心情，設施很差沒用，很多設施一碰就掉，延時五分鐘退房，然後老闆給眼色……

不推薦，酒店裝修實在垃圾，台盆下水噪音太大，馬桶沖水也吵的很，重點是入住前提前關照留好房間，搞好衞生，結果晚上10點多到店，房間衞生也沒搞過，衞生間的門還掉下來了。體驗感極差！

老闆人特好，酒店位置特好，新開的酒店，特別乾淨衞生，就在火車站和天門山景區索道站邊上，周邊小吃飯店也多，非常方便。最喜歡她家露天聯排大陽台，電動窗簾，哈哈哈！陽台非常温馨，夜晚泡茶，早晨早餐，都在這裏解決，孩子們也愛在陽台上玩！大陽台最好的用處，就是曬衣服，在這裏過一晚，我們終於把遊玩連日來所有的臟衣服都洗凈曬乾了！簡直不要太開心😁走的時候還在老闆家買了兩盒莓茶 因為帶娃沒拍照片 以後住張家界 還來！
