the hotel is in a good location near the cable car. spacious and clean room and free airport transfer service. I recommend staying here

Great service and location. Initially wanted to take Didi to FengHuangGuChen, but was told that it is cheaper and faster (1hour instead of 3) to take high speed train instead. Room is huge and clean and very high tech. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly, everything was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. Excellent location, 100% recommended.

Location is good, many eateries nearby, massage parlor , supermarket. Free pick up or drop off from airport or HSR. Price is reasonable. Walking distance to tian men Shan. About 10-15 min. Staffs helpful.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's a first class service. Very friendly staff. Always willing to help with anything. I will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie and I will also stay here on my next trip. Lovely city. Lovely food and lovely hotel and staff 👌 😍 😊

Pick-up/drop-off service at train station provided upon request. Friendly and helpful front desk. Quick check in/out. Clean room with standard amenities.
Breakfast is simple with some variety but is 7-9am only. Self service laundry available.
Eateries and grocery across the road. 20mins walk to Tianmen cable car station.
Air-cond setting is a little weird, not able to go below 22C. Overall, stayed with satisfaction.
