Zhangjiajie Fanbowan Hotel (Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park Dayong Ancient City Branch)

The hotel is wonderful. The room is beautiful, spacious, clean and has a nice view of the river. The chinese breakfast is delicious and has lot’s of choice. But most of all we liked the friendly and helpful staff. With help from their translation device we could talk with them in English. They arranged a free pick-up and drop-off from and to the railwaystation and arranged a big car to bring our family of five persons to the national parcs. We appreciated very much the excellent laundry service. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very spacious and clean! The lady of the hotel was extremely friendly and helped us wherever she could. She also translated with a device which was convenient. The railway pickup and dropoff where for free!! The breakfast was good! Lots of chinese options

Hotel was good and also the room was big and with all services included. You are next to mini markets and it is comfortable for the location

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very nice and spacious and the staff were so lovely. We even had delicious afternoon tea there, got a late check out and spent time in the beautifully decorated seating area. The staff ordered us a taxi for free to the airport too! Unfortunately, our room had a terrible smoke smell when turning on the A/C even though we booked a non smoking room. We told the staff about this but the rooms were fully booked so we could not move. They did help a bit by providing room spray but we had to leave the A/C off and keep the windows open the entire time and it was uncomfortably hot. Wish I could write a more positive review because the staff were so kind but the smell of smoke is unacceptable to me when booking a non smoking room.
