We had an absolutely amazing time here, if we knew it would be this beautiful then we stayed a couple days longer. The hotel is perfectly located if you want to visit the parks or other fun attractions. Also the looks and the vibe of the hotel is perfect, a calm chill swimming pool with an awesome view, specially the sunset 👌🏻. And more than enough place to lay and rest and enjoy a drink The room we booked was very clean and beautiful designed. From the woodwork to the nature stone sink, it was perfect. There was always someone available for a drink or a little snack. Also if you wanted to visit the zhangjiajie park or other fun attractions near the hotel you can plan them with one of the staff there, they make a good suitable plan for your wishes. At last i want to thank the young lady that helped us during our stay ❤️ you made it perfect!

Everything was amazing. Special mention to Tiffany, she made the hotel experience truly wonderful. She helped me plan my route through Zhangjiajie, and I loved meeting her; she was so hospitable and kind that I feel like she’s a friend now. Thank you, Tiffany! The hotel is very close to the West Gate, and they can take you there by shuttle bus. The rooms are very cozy, and swimming in the pool on a sunny day is an incredible experience with the surrounding landscape. Both breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of Asian dishes. If you’re looking for some relaxing days after visiting the National Forest Park, this is the place for you. I felt at home :)

This charming hotel is wonderfully close to the west gate of Zhangjiajie National Park and everything about it is classy. From delicious dinners to beautiful rooms and pristine nature, the hotel is perfectly located by the park. But what sets it apart from all the other hotels in the region is the staff, especially Linda who is not only a fluent Dngkish speaker but also a super organized flexible and intelligent translator and tour guide for the hotel. She even fixed a few crises for me with a lot of calmness. A wonderful place with excellent staff right by the national park. 10/10!

We had an amazing stay at Homeward Mountain Resort. As vegetarians, we were happy to find plenty of delicious options. The local pandan beer was refreshing and unique. Linda, the host, along with her team, treated us like family—so warm and caring. The resort was stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Our kid loved the drums, swing (jhoola), and other activities. Linda helped us arrange a guide named Jack for the Avatar Mountains—he was very informative. She also took care of our Zhangjiajie National Park tickets, drop-off, and pickup, and even helped with airport transfers. It was a truly memorable and seamless experience. Highly recommended!
