Overall, our experience was ok. You pay for what you get. However, the first night was not so good. I think the owner of this hotel should really fix the rooms on the 5th floor (see photos). Our first night was horrible. There was a lot of noise and the room was not clean.
However, the staff is lovely and willing to help. They deserve all the credit. They could even speak well English! They arranged that we could transfer to another room and that room was better, thank you!
Due to the service of the employees we have enjoyed our stay. We believe that the boss should appreciate his employees more and fix the rooms properly.
