The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the centre, close to the departure point of the Tianmen cable car and with lots of nice restaurants nearby.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They gave me good advice on which tickets to buy for Tianmen NP, even though I didn't buy the tickets from them. They also offer free luggage storage. When I left, they gave me a pot of tea to take with me (if I posted a review 😃).
The façade and lobby of the hotel are very attractive. There is no lift in the hotel, but there are not that many floors.
The room is also attractive and clean, a bit small but adequate.

The room was clean and space was sufficient for 1 person. Toilet is clean with hot water. Service was excellent too, they offered to help me buy attraction tickets for Tianmenshan, National Forest Park, and Grand Canyon even though I was only staying for a night with them, at a discounted price for all of them.
They do not have an elevator in the compound though, only stairs so take note if you have a heavy luggage! Overall really good experience for the price.

We just stayed for one night to visit the Tianmen mountain and that was just perfect! It's a small room but comfortable, especially for the cheap price. A very short walk to the cable car station and there are many restaurants nearby to eat. I would recommend the hotel!

first time i’m leaving a review here hehe!! overall the hotel is really good, will 100% recommend to anyone that’s coming here.. not only the location is excellent (near to tianmenshan & bus station to the national park), their service is top tier!!! front desk is really helpful, willingly helping us and gave us info to and about the attractions here! really glad that i picked this hotel ＜3

It’s a gorgeous hotel, right in the heart of the area. Tianmen mountain cableway entrance is a 5min walk through a pretty street lined with restaurants. Awesome convenience stores, coffee stores and of course places to eat nearby. I’ve included a photo of my favourite restaurant. The room itself was nice and had great amenities included. The hosts were quick to answer questions via text, and had a semi self check in process. They happily stored my luggage after checkout while I explored Tianmenshen. But be aware it’s stored out in the open. However the area seems super safe and quiet - I had no issues! The room itself wasn’t super clean but I was fine with it overall. Would recommend!

The hotel is clean and in a very strategic location, you can easily find food just by walking outside. Early check-in was allowed, and the staff were all very friendly. You can also buy tickets to Tianmen Gate and Zhangjiajie directly there. We arrived without tickets at 10 a.m., were able to check into our room right away, and by 2 p.m. we were already heading to Tianmen. I booked separate rooms, but they gave us rooms close to each other and we didn’t have to move rooms. Extremely helpful!

I arrived at the hotel and found the owner to be very helpful and friendly. She gave me advice on how to get tickets, and provided information about the local rules and other details. The hotel itself was also quite nice.
