Nice quaint inn, bed is comfy and everything is clean, weren’t provided any full size towels and the shower was a bit tired, but overall a decent stay

Excellent location, only 900 meters (walking distance) from the Tianze Mountain and the gate of heaven's cable car's entrance. Very good room decoration. We were very comfortable with my wife and three children . Owner (both husband & wife)are more than excellent. They booked our entry ticket with less price and guided us appropriately. I came to know from them that foreign teacher's entry price is also half which is really true. I want to book again this hotel.

The boss lady is very friendly and nice. Treat you like a family member. The room was really good despite the low price. Highly recommended.

在網上看了這家好評説乾淨熱情，可是我住了假的嗎？定的親子房，房間小得衹房了一張床，床很硬還好自己帶了睡袋，睡了後發現床角里的牆發黴，真擔心過敏鼻炎犯了，房間小得連個正經桌子都沒有，廁所一言難盡衞生就別提了，上廁所馬桶都坐不下，因為門和馬桶距離太近，還要開門上廁所，淋浴地方就連小得無法，真的這個房間老闆你賺這個錢心不痛嗎，至少房間大點可以嗎？太忽悠了，本來想換個房間，但整體讓人沒有換房間的想發，將就扛了一晚，開車就更不要考慮，停的在門外巷子裏很窄，怕被掛，離天門山步行還是有17分鐘距離不算近，開車還好

衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：安靜
服務：老闆人很好
非常推薦大家來這家客棧住，價格不貴，性價比很高，住的非常舒適，老闆也非常熱情給我們推薦哪些地方好玩好吃，而且出去就有一個核酸點非常方便，走五分鐘左右就能到天門山坐索道處，離汽車站和火車站都很近！大家來張家界旅遊可以優先考慮！
