Fantastic location. Better than expected. Just 15 minutes walking away from East gate to Zhangjiajie national forest.
Convenient breakfast. Delicious food.
We used swimming pool. Good facilities.
The horrible thing is than hotel staff is unable to cotrol guests and guarantee that it would be non smoking hotel. I would asume that hotel even tolerates smoking in coridors, restrooms of the hotel because there are ashtreys everywhwere.

We booked a Mountain View king room. Upon arrival, we reminded checkin reception that our room must have Mountain View’s, which we were assured it was.
Sadly, our room faced a building and I called to complain about .
5 mins later, a lady called my room and rudely asked which platform I booked from because they DO NOT have Mountain View rooms and I was misled.
I was shocked when she then hung up on my while I explained that it was clearly stated on Trip.com website.
A few phone calls later , about 40 mins after our checkin, another receptionist came to my room and said she found me a Mountain View room and we moved!
Why waste precious time when they could have given me my room at checkin, especially when I reminded them?
2) Why did that lady call me and lie blatantly that there were NO Mountain View rooms?

Locally, it is the best hotel I would recommend. Comfortable room, breakfast is excellent more choices for the food or drinks. Front desk service is fast and very warm welcome. I remember the boy named Allison. Thank you so much.

We really liked our stay there . The hotel is super big, the room was big and clean , good service. Not much options for western breakfast but it’s standard situation in China. Location very good as well .

The hotel was a very beautiful one, especially the building itself and also the room was good. Outside the design it really typical & great and the city itself is amazing.
The location is perfect for most of the tours.
I just don’t recommend the massage place, at least for my experience it was def not the worth it.

Service was good especially the front desk Kiki who go all the way to help us. However breakfast was average. There were many varieties but poor quality. Some of the food was inedible like the youtiao which was very very tough and can’t even chew. Yoghurt, tea and drinks were diluted. Even steam food were cold. So disappointed.
