We had a nice stay and booked some additional nights. Room we switched sometimes and Luna was a great help to accommodate that. We switched for a better view. Our original room was facing the big road. Breakfast was really busy, we stayed during Oct holiday but there should be at least a seat for everyone. Could be managed better during these peak moments. Walk to mountain gate was around 15 minutes. Overall good stay here!

Nicely located to the east gate of the national forest park. Hotel is already little bit old. The breakfast for western people is very poor.

We recently enjoyed a delightful four-day stay at your hotel. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, was exceptionally well-trained, kind, and professional. Our room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the balcony, which offered a breathtaking view of the picturesque mountains. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the coffee was equally enjoyable. The hotel’s convenient location near the East entrance to the park and the main street with various restaurants and shops added to our overall positive experience.

The hotel is located near the park entrance, Charming Xiangxi show and Wulingyuan city center. The hotel has a large selection of Chinese and Western food for its breakfast hotel. The room we received was large and spacious. Although the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, we found smoke smell entering our room. After we informed the front desk, they promptly arranged another room for us. Thanks to their service we enjoyed our stay.

Went during shoulder season and stayed for 3 nights. Neodalle/Crowne Plaza has beautiful rooms -- lots of space and a great big bathtub to soak in and rest your legs after your walk. (with a view of the mountains). Room was new, clean, and really well-designed. Breakfast was plentiful and the spicy dishes varied every day. Location was convenient -- when the park was closed, we'd stop by Wulingyuan for dinner and walk home, avoiding the traffic mess from all the tour buses.
The hotel also has a convenience store to buy water, drinks, and small snacks. We didn't meet any staff that spoke English to us, but that could be because we know a little Chinese so they didn't try.

Conveniently located to east entrance. Spacious and clean room. Easily the best hotel out of the 4 during my recent trip to ZJJ.
