The hotel is amazing! Placed in a quiet beautiful location with spectacular view from the suit. Also very cheerful host who helped us with a lot of bookings and gave some advice how to spend time in the National Park. The entrance to the Park is in 500 metres from the Hotel

This hotel was the perfect base for a relaxed Zhangjiajie trip, thanks to Eason and Lucas, who genuinely made our stay special. They picked us up from the train, helped us book tickets, plan out our days to dodge the crowds, and recommended quieter spots that offered stunning, uncrowded views. They even went above and beyond to help us with logistics after we left. Their knowledge of the area made our experience feel wonderfully off the beaten path, which can be challenging in Zhangjiajie! The location is ideal—just five minutes from the Yangjiajie Gate and away from the main tourist flow. Eason even offered us rides to the entrance every morning, which made getting around simple and stress-free. While we mostly spoke in Chinese, they’re comfortable in English too. The hotel itself is clean and peaceful, with mountain views right from the windows. Meals were a highlight especially after a long day out, with a delicious breakfast each morning and home-cooked dinners. Eason even picked a winter melon fresh from the garden for our soup one evening. This place felt like a real home away from home and made Zhangjiajie feel beautifully calm. Can’t recommend it enough! Lucas and his partners are very kind and very helpful. They helped us to organize three unforgettable days in the nearby Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, at the Glass Bridge and in the Tianmen Mountain Park. They all speak English very well and the hotel is really beautiful, nestled in the Zhangjiajie countryside. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and friendly. Great recommendations and tips for visiting the park. Helped with many arrangements. Location near the west entrance was great for avoiding crowds. All meals onsite were great. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Host helped us to buy all entrance tickets and plan our daily route in Zhangjiajie national forest park. They strongly recommended certain very nice scenic spot where most tour group would not visit, and we truly enjoyed the view. Very helpful and warmth, always ready to answer our question and lend helping hand.

Mini Inn is a perfect hotel for everyone to visit Zhangjiejia National park. It locate just a short walk to the west gate. The restaurant in the hotel serve good and delicious breakfast and diners . It is not easy to find nice wine or German beer around here but you will find it here. We had a nice Chile red wine.The room is also nice , good shower room and good bed. We are very happy with Lucus and his staffs. If you are not Chinese and can not speak Chinese, this hotel is a very good choice, Lucus will arrange everything like suggest routes or even buy cable car tickets online for you. Your trip in Zhangjiejia will be wonderful and worry free, if you stay here.
