Best hotel stay experience, was given upgrade to larger bed, kids room sandal, ginger tea and free gifts as well. We had the best stay at here. Definitely recommended to stay here❤️

Excellent hotel, perfect location across from the Tianmen cable car station. There’s also several shops and restaurants nearby for food, souvenirs and they open during night time. The rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast was nice and staffs were very friendly even the one that doesn’t speak English still try to communicate and help you.

Comfortable stay! The house keeper (小倩管家）will check if we need 小米粥 for supper and provide tub and herbal pack for feet immersion (泡脚），A wide variety of breakfast selection and commercial washing and drying machines that we can use 24hrs. Very useful for families. The cable station is just right opposite the hotel. Highly recommend to stay here!

Everything is super great about this hotel, definitely a must stay if you are planning to visit Tianmen mountain, cable way is just across the road. Stuff is really nice and friendly. Room is super clean and modern.

The service very good. The housekeeping staff who brings us the snack every night during our stay, (A Dan) is very nice & friendly 😊 we loved our stay here will definitely stay here again when we visit Zhangjiajie. Ayi A Dan is very warm and kind, she welcomes us with love and provides us with nice snacks at night.
The tour service advisor also provides good service for our trip. The tour guide was kind and outgoing, really friendly to our family and provides us with interesting facts and information about the surrounding areas we visit.
The hotel room was very exquisite as the room was very clean and was comforting. The bed sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean with great compliments as well as the cupboards having more condiments which help the experience a lot. Overall, the room was great with comforting condiments and was very clean towards customers and that the laundry room was free which helped us a lot during our stay at the hotel.

Only if they didn’t bother us more than 5mnt while we are eating breakfast to write them 5star review, I would’ve given 5star.. hotel was nice with big room, breakfast options were great, and the location is will probably the best if you want to go to tianmen mountain.
