This is a great hotel if you are visiting the Tianmen Mountain bcoz the hotel is just opposite the Cable Car station to the mountain. Hotel is modern, new, clean and bright as expected under hilton group branding. Check in was very efficient and welcoming. I was attended by Ms Alice. Ms Alice was very welcoming and friendly. She can speak a bit of english very well too. Two thumbs up. At the lobby, they also put up a station of tea and lemon drink which is very handy for guests coming back from Tianmen Mountain. The hotel rooms are bright, clean and modern. Size of the room and bathroom are good too. They also offer branded Peter Thomas Roth toileteries. Our rooms do not have any smoking smell at all. Buffet Breakfast is generally ok but can be further improved. The changsha famous milk tea shop is just next to the hotel. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Superb hotel for travellers. Cable car for Tianmen mountain just across the street. Hospitality was great, when reception offering Us meal in the boxes at 6am since We are going to check out early.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick service. Location was convenient, close to scenic. Breakfast had great variety. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Pros: It was clean, it’s in a good location (next to cableway), shower and toilet are in separate rooms.
Cons: Staff doesn’t speak any English, it has a bright light under the refrigerator that you can’t turn off that is keeping the entire room lit, temperature is always 27 Celsius (80 Fahrenheit) they only have a central air system controlled by management for the entire hotel.
When I reached out to hotel staff, they brought a heater, to make it even hotter and then the second time they said they’d tell engineering to turn on the refrigeration for the air conditioning which, obviously never happened.
This is definitely not a localized issue to one room, my brother had a separate room which also had the same issues.
There’s much better priced hotels with better amenities in the area.

Wonderful hotel! The most important thing for us was the location — it’s right next to the funicular, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young woman who helped us with breakfast for our child, called a taxi, walked us to the car, and even gave a toy to our child — it was incredibly kind and touching! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I’d like to express my deep gratitude for her care and attention.
Overall, the entire staff left a great impression. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need, except for bathrobes. Breakfasts were excellent — a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste, and finally, during this trip around China, we found real European cuisine!
We had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

If you are planning to visit Tianmenshan, this is the perfect place to stay. It is right across the road from the cable car station. You can in fact see the cable cars from your hotel window.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and obviously renovated recently. Breakfast was also decent. But due to the proximity to the airport, and a busy road, there will be some noise.
The staff service was prompt, and good. However, some of them are overly insistent you give them 5-star reviews on this platform. Repeatedly coming back to our breakfast table, while we were in the middle of our meals, trying to persuade us to complete the review. We haven’t even checked out yet. This was annoying.
Otherwise, perfect for a short stay, and convenient location.

Visited Zhangjiajie for 3 nights, chose this hotel because of the proximity (just across the street) to Tianmen Mountain gate entrance. Do also check out the travel agencies righr at the hotel ground floor for all your attraction tickets, guides and private car transport at great prices!!! Right outside the hotel, there are restaurants, covenience stores and even Mcdonalds for those who wish to have fast food and not used to the local delicacies (across the street less than 5 mins walk). From train station to hotel is about RMB 20 by car. Hotel to Wulingyuan is about RMB 100 by car, to Yellow Dragon Cave is RMB 140. To Grand Canyon is RMB 200.
