The interior and exterior of the hotel was so unique and beautiful. The view from the hotel was stunning too. Tianmen mountain was in front of us and it was incredible.
The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very kind. We missed the breakfast and the hotel worker brought some snacks and milk to our room. I was very touched by their hospitality.

Pros: lovely room interior, nice view from the balcony, clean room, attentive and polite receptionist during the night.
Cons: a small fridge to cool down drinks would be nice to have in the room. Basic choice of breakfast.

Cool hotel close to the airport. The staff was very helpful. They had a nice restaurant on the top floor that was very fancy with leather couches and a view of Tianmen mountain.

The team made my time in here an absolutely amazing. My intended stay of two nights I extended to a total of 4. They make me feel a very important person, helped me picked up at the train station, did my laundry and served food to my desires. I cannot thank them enough. They also helped me with the best tour guide ever! Always ask for Betty! She is very kind and helpful and was up for any type of request. Thank you Sean Hotel! ❤️

My stay was amazing. We came as a couple. The hotel is situated in a perfect place , it is easy for didis to find you, from your room you can see the Tianmen mountain, which has the “heaven’s gate”, we checked in at 2PM and the receptionist (Scarlet) helped us to find the place to get the tickets to go to the mountain. She was wonderful, she speaks English. The hotel itself is pretty, the garden is beautiful for taking pictures and they have a glass roof that is also great for pictures at an additional cost, the staff is amazing, the food is great, the room was clean! I will definitely recommend this hotel. It was a 10/10 experience!!!

This is one of the most beautiful hotel just 20 mins walk to the cable car station to Tian Meng shang. The staff are all very friendly and all the room facing the Tian Meng Shang mountain have balcony to enjoy the view of the mountain range.
