Really nice hotel & very amazing Staff. They pick us from train station drop to tiamen mountain on time & they give a really nice souvenir & afternoon tea. I think overall one of the best hotel in Zhangjiajie.really thank you for the staff in hotel..🙏

This was one of the best hotels on my 3 week vacation in China! Which is incredible to say as most hotels are excellent here! The location, views, rooftop garden with panorama views of Tianmen, also from your balcony are SO understated! The quality of upkeep in the rooms is another highly recommended feature - the bathtub in the room over looking the mountains was the highlight after a long day in the mountains! They even gave me a cute gift when checking out, which was unexpected surprise over the incredible hospitality! I will definitely revisit when I’m in Zhangjiajie!

I have never experienced a service better than This hotel. They have 24 hour concierge service and respond to any request within minutes. Highly recommended.

非常不錯的酒店，老闆好熱情，加微信還建了羣，有24小時管家羣有任何問題都可以諮詢羣裏隨時回覆、他們家的床真舒服，打開窗簾就可以看到天門洞，頂樓還有天空之境和空中花園，隨手一拍都是大片，離天門山很近，設施也很齊全，早餐也很豐富有20多個品種，很符合我們口味，非常奈斯！

地理位置很好，開窗可以看到天門山，導航自駕也很好找，酒店免費的停車場，服務很好，管家貼心的送了水果，早餐也不錯，推薦那個粉，小朋友也喜歡吃酒店的披薩意麪，如果要吃炒菜，附近也有，總之推薦哈！
