The journey takes about 10 minutes. [Shopping in surrounding malls] 10 minutes by taxi from Zhongshang Plaza/BuBuGao Plaza/Pedestrian Street. [Surrounding food, drink, and entertainment] It is a 10 minute taxi ride from Zhongshang Square Food City, and there are local Hunan restaurants (bowl dishes from Zhaizi) nearby. From the nearby scenic spots and historical sites, go to the ticket checkpoint of Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Suo Station. Turn left after leaving the hotel and walk for 5 minutes to get there. Turn right at the hotel entrance and there is a direct bus line to Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. It’s a nice place, but most of the staff don’t speak English. Since this is a tourist city, it would be helpful if more staff could communicate in English.

This hotel is really amazing with good location, clean & new, and also reception is really helpful and professional.
The room is really wide and new, the vibe is really well.
The breakfast is very good taste with several menu.
This hotel is the best ever I stay in China.

Less than 10 minutes walking to Tienmenshan cable station. The room is very clean. There is a laundry and fitness room on the 5th floor. There is a local BBQ street food opposite the hotel. The price is very friendly. Extremely recommended.

This chain hotel has very beautiful room! Lobby provides 3 different kind of tea everyday. I was told this hotel is not allow to smoke which is very good for me. But there is abit of smoke smell in my room , the service aunty was very kind and freshen our room again. The only thing is the toilet is abit transparent, you can see your friend shower. It’s ok for couple though. Lobby has a few young lady which I think they are trainee , some of them cannot answer some questions yet. Overall , I like this hotel as they have washing service at the 5th floor. Location is 3-5mins walk to Tian men entrance!
