Hansu Exotic Inn (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Branch)

Jay and his wife were really helpful and kind, they gave us so much information and explained every single detail about the National Park in Zhangjiajie and also they got us on the bus to head to the park. They made us feel welcomed. We're definitely recommending this place. 👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hotel is exceptionally comfortable — the rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The double room features a spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. They didn’t just offer a warm welcome — they also helped me book discounted tickets to Zhangjiajie Park and even put together a personalized tour plan based on how much time I wanted to spend there. The location is super convenient too — it’s only about one kilometer from the East Gate of the park, making it easy to reach on foot or by taxi. There’s also a vibrant street nearby filled with cafés and shops. I highly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret it!

The location of this inn is absolutely unbeatable! It’s just steps away from Xibu Street, which makes it super convenient to go out for food and drinks in the evening. The Forest Park’s main gate is only a few minutes’ drive away, which saved us a lot of travel time—perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie with ease. What really stood out was the service here. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They not only gave us detailed suggestions for sightseeing routes but also helped us book discounted attraction tickets. Whenever we had questions while in the park, we could always reach out to Xiao Du! That kind of thoughtful, concierge-like service made our whole trip relaxing and stress-free—no need to worry about planning or potential pitfalls. Even though the inn is located in a busy area, it’s quiet and comfortable inside, with uniquely decorated exotic vibes. They also offer complimentary parking and laundry/dryer services, which is super convenient for those driving or needing fresh clothes after long days of touring.

Perfectly located on a street full of eateries and near to the entrance of the national forest. The host is super helpful and kind. Overall a great stay.

This guesthouse redefines hospitality! We received a personalized itinerary with secret viewpoints at Tianzi Mountain, and the staff printed French-translated notes for our hike. The newly added mattress softness option (thanks to Xiao Fang’s suggestion) was a game-changer. From the sterilized towels to the universal power adapters at the front desk, every detail was meticulously planned. Cultural immersion at its finest!

Very nice Hotel, located in a lively part of the town. We had an amazing time and the incredibly nice people from the hotel helped us planning our stay in the national park.
