It was great to book this B&B on this trip. The room is warm and elegant, with full details. I was impressed as soon as I walked in. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I felt that all the fatigue of the day was healed. There is also a 100-inch large projector. It was so cool to lie on the bed and watch movies at night. The boss was warm and hospitable. He not only shared a lot of local niche attractions and food guides, but also helped plan the itinerary. The location of the B&B is also great, with convenient travel and pleasant surrounding scenery. Living here is as comfortable as being at home. The shower head is also old and keeps sliding down. The bedroom door handle also fell off. I didn't give any feedback on the last two points at the time, because I felt it was livable as is. Then on the last day, the toilet wouldn't flush. With so many things happening, I decided to write about it anyway. The water supply was cut off once during the trip, but this was not the hotel's fault. Let's talk about the services that many people praised: the first one is to help plan the itinerary. We replied at that time and asked if they could help plan the route for a few days in Wulingyuan, and then we received a reply that I felt was rather perfunctory. There is no harm without comparison. At first, I thought everyone was like this, until I saw that other people’s plans were specific to the minute...and the store also tried hard to recommend Qianguqing, everyone understands. Other things like audio guide cards and maps were also available upon request. I also didn't see the ice cream that others mentioned. The merchant only shipped a batch of goods later. Some people asked for help to deliver it to the east gate, but that was not done at all. I know that the store is not required to do all of the above, but I would definitely feel uncomfortable if the store were to be so perfunctory about the services provided by others. There were also disposable bathtub covers. I confirmed that they were available, but on the first day they said there were only two left. The next day they rummaged through the boxes and took out a bag of dirty ones, wiped them and gave them to me. Since then, there have been no more. They stayed for four nights and didn't get a new room. It really gave people the feeling that they had made enough money during the summer vacation and finally didn't want to open for business. Hygiene: I won't mention other services. If you want daily cleaning, you must go to the front desk to request it. If you ask after 11 o'clock, the aunt may leave... Disposable items such as bath towels, paper towels, water, toilet seats, etc. You have to carry it up yourself... The shampoo dispenser was still empty when I went there on the first day. These services should always be guaranteed, right? Finally, don’t ask why we had to stay for four days. We were so tired from hiking down the mountain on the first day that we didn’t have the energy to change houses halfway.
