The hotel is very clean, close to anywhere and the owner was very helpful, he arrange all our zhangjiajie trip, including the tickets, the route, he even drove us for our furong- fenghuang tour. Water and laundry are free. Thank you so much for your kind during our stay. It was memorable trip

I got upgraded to a super large room with a bathtub!!! Its huge and its super clean! The shower is also very powerful which is so much different from the hotel in Guangzhou. Service is what I would say homely, we are allowed to just take whatever amenities we need, including water.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was amazingly friendly and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Truly excellent service. I would definitely stay here again 😍

The owner is very kind, accommodating and went beyond to help us in our needs. The location is good it’s nearby stores and restaurants but since we were there during summer, we always get didi. The inn may be old structure, however the price is worth it for budget travelers.

I booked this hotel randomly, but I didn’t expect this much hospitality, front desk people’s are so polite & friendly , even they recommended some traditional Chinese tea to us👌, the room is tidy & spacious , location is very near to the Tianmen mountain scenic area.⛰️

Owners behaviour is very good...They are very helpful...Hotel is a little hard to find on 1st time but the overall experience is great!
