We were off to a false start, but other than that it was all great. The mattrass in the room that I initially got was very uncomfortable to the extend that my back and neck hurt after half an hour. After explaining my issue I got another room with no problem. Big room, nice shower with great water pressure, nice seat in the corner of the room and free water every day. The owner was also lovely. It's only a few minutes walking to the entrance of the national park and the night market and other restaurants are just one minute walking away. Exactly what you want considering the amount of steps you do in the park every day.

Wonderful location and hotel. The personnel is so kind and the rooms are amazing. It is also close to a food commercial street, perfect for dinner. 100% recommended to sleep the day before visiting the park and/or during your stay at the park.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was very helpful, she provided a map and showed us recommended routes to explore zhangjiajie national park. She gave us water bottles every day for our room. She also recommended places to eat where you could get a discount through the hotel. She helped us contact our next accommodation when we had difficulty adding them on WeChat. The location is perfect, very close to the entrance to the park, a nice food market nearby.

Amazing Hotel in the perfect location close to the East entrance of the Nationalpark. The owner is very friendly, kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room itself has a good size, the bed is comfy and even has a heating blanket underneath which was very cozy after a long hike in the cold. There are also several street food stalls and restaurants around the corner. We can recommend a stay here and if we come back we would book again

We stayed for 4 nights to visit the national park, the lady at reception was really helpful and accommodating. There was daily housekeeping, clean towels and bins emptied every day. About a 10 minute walk to the east gate entrance of the park. Communicated through WeChat, foreigner friendly. Would very much recommend to stay here when visiting the park!

Enjoyed our stay there very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They provided daily housekeeping. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The foodstalls at the side of the road were good and cheap. Very close to Zhangjiajie National Park east gate entrance. Only 5 minutes walk. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
