We were told to take the line bus opposite the high-speed rail station for 12 yuan and go directly to the park. We could easily carry the backpack and start the first day of play. 2) Enter the park before it closes. Take the eco-car and get off at Sanchakou Station. Walk 300 meters to the B&B. If you call the shopkeeper, she will drive to Sanchakou Station to pick up the customer. 3) Watch the sunrise in the morning and the colorful sunset in the evening. Guests staying outside the park gate cannot see it (the park is open from 7 to 17). 4) There are only three or four B&Bs in the park. Don’t miss the opportunity while they are still available. 5) When leaving, the owner will help arrange checked luggage to the train station. On the morning of our departure, we went to Shentang Bay, Dianjiang Terrace, Grand View Terrace, and took the Bailong Ladder down the mountain (no queue). Take the Golden Whip Creek all the way to the south gate (it’s so beautiful). Take the bus to Tianmen Mountain for 12 yuan. Behind the Xiatianmenshan Cableway Station is the taxi station. After taking a taxi to Zhangjiajie High-speed Railway Station to pick up our luggage (the luggage was left at Sister Chen’s store in the hotel at the high-speed railway station), we took the high-speed train to Furong Town to see the night view. 6) Staying in a B&B and having close interactions with the Aboriginal shopkeepers and their families is an extremely valuable life experience in itself. Drink the real Wulingyuan mountain spring water, eat freshly harvested bamboo shoots from the mountains, fresh wild vegetables, home-made Xiangxi bacon, and chat with the shopkeepers. Poems and distant places are all here! 7) We like to listen to the birds and roosters in the morning and watch the stars at night. We are nearly 70 years old, and these days of being close to nature and spending time with simple shopkeepers are a gift from fate. We cherish it. 8) This B&B is too cheap. Please do not compare with expensive hotels in terms of material requirements. 9) While tourists living outside the park were still queuing up in the morning to wait for the elevator or ropeway to go up the mountain, we already had the entire viewing platform to ourselves at the scenic spot on the mountain. 10) We saw many short video anchors arriving at the viewing platform in the morning light at the same time as us. By the way, the anchors on WeChat scared us so much that we almost didn’t come to Zhangjiajie. They showed us the long queue of people waiting for 2-3 hours for the elevator etc. Maybe the footage of the anchors at that time was real, so that people could be persuaded to use their travel services. Based on our experience, as long as we stay at this B&B, we don’t worry about how long the queue at the bottom of the mountain is. Because all the good scenery is on the mountain, we started to see the beautiful scenery early in the morning, rubbing shoulders with people queuing up the mountain. 11) There is no need for a tour guide in the forest park. The senior discount ticket is 33 yuan including insurance and can be used for four consecutive days. It's cheap to stay in this B&B for three nights. The owner had lots of route suggestions based on our preferences. Each line is connected by eco-cars, and the elevator ropeway goes down the mountain (just opposite to the main passenger flow peak direction, so there is no queue). The road signs on the scenic trails are clear and repeated many times and show XX meters. The advantage of not using a tour guide is not only to save money, but more importantly, you can stay as long as you want to see. Don’t go if you don’t want to see it. When you are tired or hungry, you decide where to rest and for how long. Especially for seniors like us, it’s great to be free. We are near 70 now. The B&B is on the top of the mountain, very close to Sanchakou Station. It is very convenient to travel and you can see the sunrise in the morning. The room is clean and tidy, the boss is warm and hospitable, I recommend staying here, it is a worthwhile trip.

B&Bs on the mountain are now a scarce resource. Due to the actual conditions, the accommodation cannot be compared with those at the bottom of the mountain. It is already very good to have accommodation. The most annoying thing is that there is no water, and hot water is even more of a luxury. It is said that there has been no rain for several months. , the water limit is extremely inconvenient, but everything else can be made do with; the landlady is very nice, and took us to watch the sunrise and sunset, which was very beautiful. It is not easy for the proprietress to run this B&B by herself. Although the experience of moving in is not very good, I am still very grateful to the hospitable proprietress. I hope that the proprietress can make more money as soon as possible, upgrade and decorate, and improve the living conditions. .

A real inn is simple but natural, like the Xiaoyao Inn in The Legend of Fairy Tales. The facilities and conditions cannot be compared with those in the city, but they are already the best on the top of the mountain and in the village. The boss lady is very enthusiastic. I have never said this before. After heavy rain, there are delicious and warm meals. The prices are reasonable and the food and drink costs are exactly the same as those at home. It feels like going home. There are few people in the village and it is very quiet. The big rooster will wake you up on time, so there is no need to set an alarm clock. It is a very suitable choice for focusing on beautiful scenery, returning or experiencing country life. We must ask the eldest sister to find a car and arrange to go to the old rooftop to see it, so that the whole family can live up to their expectations.

The B&B in the village in the scenic area is very conveniently located at the intersection of Sancha Road. Living here does not require you to go up and down the mountain every day, and you can get up early to watch the sunrise. Because it is on the mountain, the room facilities are relatively simple, which is inevitable in a village on the mountain, but it is still quite clean. It was a bit cold in the mountains. When we arrived at the B&B, the proprietress was very considerate and turned on the electric blanket. At night, accompanied by the sounds of nature, I had a good sleep in the warm quilt. PS: You can see the Milky Way and fireflies on the mountain at night, which is the biggest surprise! And the boss’s wife’s dog is super cute!

The conditions inside the scenic spot are limited and relatively humid. The overall service is good, and the pricing of dinner and breakfast is also very standardized. It may be due to the overall planning of Zhangjiajie that all store charges are relatively reasonable.
