The hotel is located right next to the east gate of the forest park, making it very convenient to get to the park. It has multiple buildings situated in a Chinese garden setting, so if you want to escape from the generic type of hotels, this is for you.
We felt very welcomed here. One of the host, 袁晓晓，was extremely helpful. She helped us with luggages, and offered several discount tickets plans to the Zhangjiajie park.
Would stay here again if visiting Wulingyuan next time.

My stay at Wulingyuan hotel exceeded my expectations on all aspects. The staff was very polite and helpful in every part of the hotel. The facilities were top notch and the location is perfect for the touristy activities in Zhangjiajie. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would book the same hotel if I come back.
There is a grocery store right outside the hotel as well.

Great stay overall! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the East Gate, making it super convenient for exploring the National Park. Staff were friendly, though it was surprising that a hotel in such a touristy area had very limited English-speaking staff. The only downside was breakfast—too few choices and repetitive. Still, a good choice for the location and comfort!

The room I had was amazing, and the view was fabulous. As I was facing the airport and had some great sunset 🌇
Was stuck in a pinch, and I had to book a hotel at the last minute, and this is affordable with great service.

Stayed 3nights, overall enjoyed the stay. Hotel is clean and the buffet breakfast is delicious.
Nearby wulingyuan main gate and night market is just behind the hotel around 10 -15 mins walking distance, located at the intersection of Toufeng RD and Jundi RD.
A very small town but it's enough. Will stay again in this hotel.

Very close to the Wulinyuan entrance. Great for coming and going as I did over the 3 days, into the park.
As a government-related entity, it has a huge compund. A big dimly lit.
Breakfast is local fare, ok.

Wulingyuan Hotel meet my expectation for my trip. Location was near the Forest Park entrances and eateries was within walking distances. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The settings was very nice and fit the atmosphere. The counter staff and service staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk provide a lot of assistance in term of info to attractions, transportation and eateries. Requests were looked into and feedback/update promptly. I would stay at Wulingyuan for future visits and highly recommend this to relatives, friends and tourists going to Wulingyuan districts.

Best location within 5 minutes walk to East Gate Park entrance. Hotel is quiet and comfortable with restaurant n shop beside the hotel.
