The hotel is not far from Cable station, 15 minutes walking. It is situated in a good area not crowded. There are restaurants and groceries nearby. The staffs are so helpful. You can park in front of the hotel. Bed is comfort, toilet is clean. No smoking room has no small that is really great.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights.
Once arrived was early morning at 6 AM.
Staff is very kind, he permit us early check-in.
The room is very cute and clean. The size is huge.
Location is very near to bus station to Wulingyuan.
You can call didi to Tianmenshan only 6 RMB or can walk to downtown around 1.5 km.
You can borrow the costome to take photos.
All staffs friendly and ready to help you.

Thanks to staff Xiang Ling for upgrading my room to a family room which gives me very big space and very comfortable. The room was very clean and everything was good. Direct bus access to high speed train station.

Our stay was excellent. Xiao Ling was very helpful in arranging our dropoff shuttle service.
Location of hotel is very near to Tianmenshan cable car so it's perfect for visiting Tianmenshan.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location of the hotel is great and easy to get to 张家界天门山公园 entrance. The only area to improve will be to make the window better soundproof. The noise generated by the cars on the road and planes can be heard loudly in the room.
