Booked one night, ended up 2 nights and will be back for another one or two more nights. The hotel service is very good, the boss came to pick us up from the airport. Room is always on a good standard. The lady at front desk Xiao Wu has helped me with the hotel booking straight from the start when I called the hotel the day before arrival. As a foreigner, any help in reading foreign language is a huge help. The location is ok but surrounding a little quiet. Since it is December, it is slow month here, not many people around, looks kind a deserted. A short 10minutes walk towards the cable car place. Only thing the hotel can do is offer some tea or coffee in the room, but xiao Wu was kind enough to offer me a tea to make in the room. That is much appreciated. The cleanliness is good. Sound proofing is acceptable, since it is next to the main road, there will be some honking from time to time.
Location wise is about 3 km from The mall shopping street. Walking distant to the cable car station up to tianmenshan. The whole experience of staying here is good. Value for money and clean, which is the most important thing.

Thanks to staff Xiang Ling for upgrading my room to a family room which gives me very big space and very comfortable. The room was very clean and everything was good. Direct bus access to high speed train station.

Excellent location, a short walk from the mountain cable way entrance and a few good restaurants. Very clean and modern hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. A huge thank you to Xiao Wu for upgrading our room and helping us with whatever we needed.

The hotel provides a service to wear the traditional costume for free! It is a bot far from the entrance to Zhangjiajie (even though it is still within walking distance). The staff are friendly and it is clean! Excellent!

Exceptional customer services, front desk girl named 湘林 provided great advice of directions and where to go.
Hotel location just across the Train station (not the West one) and just 5-10 mins walk to Tianmen mountain 天門山。 Hotel provides traditional outfit for pictures, and can do your own laundry for free! Highly recommended and will stat against next time here.

Location about 15 minutes walk to tianmen cable car entrance and 5 minutes to shuttle bus station to Qilou and wulingyuan. Super convenient and huge saving. Appreciate the assistance given by young lady at reception when we checked out (sorry didn't get her name) for guiding us to take bus to wulingyuan. First experience taking bus in China on our own and it was pleasant journey. Lots of restaurants near hotel.
