Zhangjiajie Wangyun Juzhusu (National Forest Park Sign Store)

The hotel was really good and especially the hotel host. She deserves 10/5 stars, no doubt! Fantastic experience with her. However, there were some bad things with the hotel itself that honestly has to be mentioned. The breakfast buffet closed early some days (before scheduled time). There was a lot of dust in the room Due to insufficient cleaning. And also one of the days i was there, the house cleaning did not fix my room

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park. Being so close to the park entrance allowed us to start our hikes early in the morning, making the most of our days. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. One young woman in particular went out of her way to make us feel welcome—she was incredibly sweet and helpful. We felt truly pampered, with thoughtful touches like complimentary fresh fruit, tea, and local sweeties. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after long days of exploring. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely amazing hospitality and service. Unable to fault this place. Prior to arrival a housekeeper/host will reach out to you via WeChat, they can help with bookings and itineraries. This homestay is also next to the Charming XiangXi performance would highly recommend a visit there too!. Our host was FeiFei or 狒狒. She was the best, they have 1 dog and 1 cat who are absolute darlings. Unbelievable service during downtime, they cook you food over the roaster and tea. Would come back again and again.

Very nice place! Location is close to the park entrance, staff is very friendly and helpful, they take care about tickets to attractions and recommend the best routs. There is a welcome treat and a good doggo🥰

The hospitality at this hotel was the best from our whole China trip. Qin Li was incredibly helpful with buying park tickets and explained all the routes in detail and suggested ones more suitable for us. She always checked the live weather and crowd feeds online and advised us where to go. When I wasnt feeling well she kindly asked how she can help, and every day after we returned to the hotel they would offer us a fruit bowl or other dessert. It was very homely! Bed linen and toilet were impeccably clean, and the bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Breakfast offers a a varieties of steamed dumplings and bread and homemade noodle soup. There's also toast and eggs, but the soup was best. Something to be aware of: some of the rooms face a main street and a theatre which has performances some nights till 22:30 and it can get loud. But immediately after show end the rooms are quiet and peaceful until 7:00 when street noise picks up. But they do provide ear plugs should you need them. We liked the location and it was a an easy 15 minute walk to the main gate. Convenience stores and food stalls are also around.

Highly recommend this homestay in Zhangjiajie near the National Forest Park. I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was fantastic. The room was very clean (up to Western standards) and spacious. The hosts, especially Li Yan, was phenomenal in providing us direction and tips for activities. She explained the details of Wulingyuan park and Tianmen mountain so well and answered all our questions and even booked all our tickets for us! She even helped us with our other activities after our stay ended. It felt like we were a part of their family during our short stay. The location of this is conveniently a 15-20 minute walk to the East Entrance of the park, or a very short and cheap DiDi ride. It’s across from the Charming Xiangxi performance venue. Despite the bustling street and noises, this place is sound proofed very well. Amenities include: delicious breakfast, fresh fruits throughout the day, dessert at night and itinerary/travel services, free laundry, Charming Xiangxi ticket discount, and a cute, friendly dog to pet and a cat
