老闆和老闆娘人都特別好特別熱情，還沒到入住就先電話提醒我們注意事項，因為前一天在其他民宿凍慘了，所以問老闆娘能不能提前開暖氣，老闆娘很爽快答應了，還給我們升級了有飄窗的房間，住了兩晚，都特別照顧我們，回酒店都會提前給我們開暖氣，還給我們桶泡腳，去天門山也是老闆載我們去，挺暖心的旅程，下次有機會來張家界，這裏還是我的第一選擇～

真的很不錯，衞生環境都很好，床，被子也非常舒服，可惜沒來得及拍房間照片，去天門山老闆還免費送過去送回來，就這服務都值五星好評了，有機會來還住這裏
