The proprietress was very nice and even hand-painted a tour map for us, which was great. I will still choose this famous hotel when I come to Zhangjiajie next time. The main reason is that the proprietress is so great and the service is thoughtful.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is 10 minutes away from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. It was my first time to visit Tianmen Mountain. The proprietress was very enthusiastic.
