The hotel was great! Really close to the East Gate of the park (10/15min walk)! The rooms were very nice and super clean plus we got free water and snacks everyday. All the people working in the hotel very super nice and friendly. The owner helped us so much with planning the activities and getting tickets -sooooo nice! The included breakfast was great. I really recommend!!

The hotel corridoors and rooms are neat and clesn. The lady boss, the kitchen helper and the cleaner were friendly and hardworking. The kitchen helper especially deems to be enjoying her job. You could hear ber humming away when she moved around doi g her jobs. The lady boss was kind and welcoming.

Fantastic stay. Location wise, it is only a ten minute walk to wulingyan east gate. The wulingyan bus station is also a 5 min walk aeay. Here you can catch the bus to zhangjiajie west station. The bus station also provides transport to zhangjiajie grand canyon and other attractions. Lots of eateries around. Room is daily cleaned and the toilet although a little small is good with strong water pressure. Breakfast is good with Chinese and western options. They had cereal and warm milk. Also had bread and fried eggs as well as hard boiled eggs. Staff are friendly and the lady at the counter is very helpful. Although they provide washing machine, however they do not provide a dryer. Comes highly recommended.

The receptionist is very kind & helpful. Free snacks, ice cream, and drinks are available at the lobby. Location is good as well. Many restaurant nearby. Very recommended!

The hotel location is very good. 5 min walking to bus station Wulingyuan and 20 min walking to the entrance of zhangjiajie national park. The staff is nice, even they don't speak English, they are very friendly and try to communicate with translator and answer all the questions. The hotel has free laundry service, which is very good.

Staffs are super friendly especially the receptionist lady that went all out to patiently explain to us on how we can visit Zhangjiajie the best way and recommend food and massage place nearby. She even brought us to the restaurant and the massage place herself. Breakfast has decent selections and the rooms are clean. Thank you for the great China experience. 7 star 🌟 service.

For us this hotel made sense, close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park East entrance, about 20 minutes walk in a town with terrific scenic views. Friendly hotel staff who will provide information exploring the area and an early morning breakfast to get started ahead of the crowds. The Wu Ling Shan Shui Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and the public bus station with destinations to other Park entry points as an alternative to taxis.

Good location 15 min walking to East Gate. Room ok, tatami room it’s just the name there is not a tatami on the floor. The bed is in between the curtain and a piece of forniture meaning that you will definitely either touch the curtain or the forniture while sleeping. From the windows you see a local house (few meter of street are in between) meaning that you could hear them depends on the night. Hotel provides free ear plugs. The breakfast is ok they have also western options. Free snacks in the lobby (e.g biscuits and ice cream). The host is very helpful. She evens use a translator system that she sets based on your language.
