Conveniently located. They had a tour office at the hotel who helped us arrange a guide which was very helpful. Lots of variety for breakfast.

酒店管理很到位，引導服務熱情，對1號，3號服務生進行表揚，所以又追加了一天的訂單，下次來張家界還住該酒店。

服務周到，性價比高。由於是一家四口一起住，所以需要增加一床被子和兩幅洗漱用品，都被快速滿足了。酒店位置非常好，離吳家峪標誌門衹有兩公里，在酒店可以看到武陵源的美景。唯一不足的是，洗手間沒有暖風，冬天洗澡還是挺冷的。另外，1.2米以上的小童需要付30元的早餐費用，有些影響體驗。但瑕不掩瑜，總的來説還是挺不錯的。

酒店位置不錯，離武陵源標誌門一公里多點，步行即可到達，入住時前台小哥給升級了房型，房間中規中矩，床墊睡着也蠻舒服，早餐品種蠻豐富，味道也不錯。

酒店離武陵源汽車站很近，步行15分鐘就到武陵源景區入口，位置極佳。酒店房間寬敞明亮，整潔衞生，服務人員熱情周到，特別是酒店前台領導和顧客互動做的非常到位，始終在前台為顧客服務。對這次張家界之行非常滿意，下次來還住這家酒店。

服務態度很好。房間寬敞，就是設施老舊。早餐豐富。去的時候在修路。差點沒找到進去。但酒店停車還是蠻方便的，停車場蠻大的。周圍環境一般。
