Great location. The hotel is right at the lovely riverbank and close to the East entrance of the park. Many eateries around the hotel. We had a family room; with a queen bed and a twin bed. The bed is hard but very comfortable. The buffet is average with a soup noodle station. The staff is really nice and professional, especially the front desk staff Xiao Hai, who helped us with our tour tips, booked our tour tickets, and arranged a tour guide. Also, a special thanks and appreciation to Mr. 彭, who went above and beyond his duties to help us with our laundry. On our second night at the hotel, we came to do the laundry late in the evening, and there was a line of people ahead of us. Mr. 彭 told everyone to just write down each of our room numbers, and he will take care of the laundry for us while we sleep. Indeed, our clothes were ready by 6 am the next day. Thanks again for the great service. We will stay here again if we come back.

I loved my stay here, the staff were very friendly, communication was excellent and I was given a map when I arrived which was incredibly helpful when planning my day! The room was spacious, great AC and a 10 minute walk from the East Gate of the park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Walking distance to the scenic area entrance. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff helped organise scenic routes and tickets as well which made our trip easy and smooth. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food - good taste and convenient.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Staff team couldn't do enough for us. They helped us plan our trip when we arrived and talked us through where to go in the park. Comfy beds, spotless clean room. Amazing location, walking distance to the park and restaurants etc. Couldn't fault them. Breakfast was also delicious !

Amazing staff and great stayThe staff were extremely kind and helped us with all the tickets for the main attractions. They gave us great advice and stayed in constant communication with us throughout our stay. The breakfast had mostly local options, but everything was tasty. Our room was spacious and very clean, and they even offered us a free upgrade. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the buses to the National Park. Highly recommended.
