Excellent service and the location is great. 10mins walk directly to the east gate. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has free laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. The room has balcony where one can sundry their clothes. Buffet breakfast has good selection compared to most hotels. The receptionist even offered us rain coat when started drizzling.

It was a comfortable and clean stay. Very near to the park entrance. They helped us book tickets for the park but for much more expensive price than normal price (about double). The breakfast was ok but could have been improved. Rooms did not have a fridge which wasn’t the best but okey for 1-2 nights. Overall for the price quality ratio recommended to stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable. It was very close to the national park which was our reason for visiting. The areas of the hotel was very pretty as were the surrounding areas outside. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic new hotel in the heart of Wulingyuan! I spent two nights and then extended my stay one more day. This hotel is luxurious, peaceful with great balcony views, a large soaking tub, and a good breakfast. The staff is very kind and courteous to a degree which I’ve only found in smaller rural cities. The cost is half of Pullman and Neodalle, yet I imagine it has similar luxuries. It’s located just a couple minute drive from Zhangjiajie National park, which was super convenient as I was able to be the last one for pick up in my tour group. The bed, blanket and pillows I found very comfortable. They even provided me with a complementary gift upon checkout. I have high standards for hotels and they met them all. I would definitely stay here again.
FYI-I would advise to put a cloth against the outside of the shower door as I did find that the seal wasn’t great and water tends to leak out.

The location is fabulous, a 5 to 7 mins walk to the East entrance of Zhang Jia Jie park and a short distance to the night bazaar along the main street and number of nice restaurants.
The breakfast spread was simple but generous. There is also a laundry room which you can wash your clothes.
The room was spacious and well decorated. We have a bathtub at the balcony with curtain for privacy.

Manyuan is the perfect place to stay when exploring Zhangjiajie natural park. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the gate by foot, following a path along the river. The hotel is comfortable with large, clean rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and will help with anything you want during your stay.
A tip from us: ask them about the helicopter tour and book option B!

Walkimg distance about 10 mins to wulingyuan east gate. Free laundry and dryer services. May consult front desk for zhangjiajie itinerary and they can help you to buy entrance tickets.
