Xiao Hai and Zoe ware extremely helpful during our whole stay. The breakfast was also very diverse and tasty. Especially the soups. The location is perfect, 10 minutes away from the scenic area entrance. The old market street is also close by. Street food there is absolutely amazing! The show is 2 minutes away.

The best hotel in China :) at 10 minutes to the Gate for Zhangjiajie National Park, very easy.
The girls are really nice and very precise, and they also speak English, which is very convenient.
Beautiful room and very clean,at a more than honest price.

A quiet little hotel within walking distance to the Zhangjiajie east gate entrance. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. The view of the river is invigorating and there are many restaurants nearby though most of the typically serves Hunan tujia tribe cuisine.

Wonderful experience staying here! Exceptional service from all staff, especially XiaoHai who helped us book everything in Zhangjiajie! Also big thanks to the staff who drove us to a local spring for some swimming after a tiring walk 😃

Great Location n View, Room facing River. Walking distance, cross River 10Mins to East Gate Entrance. Walking distance 10Mins to Downtown area or “HenLi Supermarket” to get beers, water n snacks. We really enjoy our 4Nights here, Great Breakfast, Love the Daily Freshly Made Wanton Soup.

Really great hotel, highly recommend staying here. The standout is the reception staff who were friendly and super professional. They made great suggestions for how to make the most of our stay in Zhangjiajie and helped us book all our tickets for park entry, cable cars, glass bridge with the best routes.
They speak English so it was especially helpful if you unfortunately have no or limited Chinese like us!! I think our few days here were a lot more enjoyable and stress free thanks to the team at the front desk.
The room is clean and has everything you need. We spent most of the days out (super hot and humid in August) so it was nice coming back to strong aircon and a shower with good water pressure.
Breakfast was really convenient with a lot of options.

Highly recommended for those who are planning to visit Zhangjiajie National Park. It's located near the East Gate entrance by just a 10 minute walk. The rooms that we stayed were spacious, comfortable and clean. Most importantly is their reception staff, who offers excellent service, reccomendations and care. They also provide suggested itineraries to the park, planned routes to take and purchase tickets for you so that you save time on queuing. Special mention to Ms Xiao Xiao and Zoe for their helpful services. They will 'wechat' you prior to your stay and provide whatever queries you might need eg. cost of tickets and length of visit to the parks base on your selected routes.
As for the rooms, the beds are comfy, air-conditioning is good and shower flow adequate. There's also a daily fruit basket extended to every rooms. Breakfast is also available and choices are good with a nice variation of local dishes. Use of laundry is also provided for all customers.
Their only cons is, the dryer is not strong enough to fully dry your clothes.
Overall, we are still very happy to have made the right choice to stay here and would definitely return to this hotel if we return to Wulingyuan.

Room was comfortable and super clean. Staff was amazing. Checking in was so smooth we felt so welcomed. We love how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially our personal guide Xiao Hai, with our planning and with continuing our trip, even still be available for advice after we leave and land in another city. We got a personalized itinerary for our 2 days in Zhangjiajie and it was very memorable.
