bright and clean property. right in the crowd so easy to get food and get to east gate entrance of zjj national park. its a very kind of the girl in the receptionist in give information with limited english. easy to get didi since the lobby door right in the main street.

Everyone in the family was ecstatic about the look of the hotel.
Every detail was classy and modern.
We were on the 4th floor but we didn't mind going up and down the stairs.
The children had bunk beds that they loved but the mattresses were too thin. Our queen size bed was perfect.
The towels were very small, they looked more like hand towels.
Setting up the pickup was extremely lengthy. It took over 2 hours! I was extremely tired.
The lady at the reception is very knowledgeable regarding the park. Don't hesitate to ask her. She will not tell you if you don't ask.

The place was right near the national park which was very nice! I appreciated the itinerary provided as it gave a great route to go with. I also really liked the hotel as it was nice and clean. The staff were friendly upon arrival and easy to contact via we chat but did not see them through the stay. Over all, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay near the park.

If you are in Zhangjiajie to explore the national park, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the East entrance of the park. On arrival, the owners of the hotel immediately helped us with buying our tickets for the park and advised us on which routes to take. We had an amazing 2 days at the national park because of her advice.
The room is spacious and has everything you need. There are multiple restaurants very close by. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here two nights. It is very close to the Park entry which is great for early morning starts. Tang the girl at the front desk helped us planned our 2 day visit at the park and showed us the plan on a map. She was also very helpful with connecting us with our didi as the hotel isn't accessible by road due to road work out the front of the hotel.
The road work is happening from 7am until 9pm, mostly while people are at the park but a little noisy if you want a day time nap.
There is a washing machine and area to dry your clothes on the top floor.
I would stay here again.

The Location is really good. Belive me, a few hundred meters do matter when you come back from all day walking and you just want to get to your room asap!
There were several shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Next door is a 15 yuan breakfast buffet.
The staff was very helpful and always smiling. They arranged discounted tickets for me and the girl helped me make detailed plans for my 3 days in the Park.
I was glad cause the map is confusing at first...but after day 1 you kind of can find your way around.
We used the translation apps to communicate. The bed was so big and comfortable and the room was nice and stylish.
Can not complain...it is also a good value for money.

It was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and nice.
It was about a 10 minute walk to Chowkakai. On the first day, I went there early in the morning, and a hotel staff member accompanied me to show me around.
They also recommended some good restaurants, and if you mentioned the name of the hotel, you could even get a discount.
