great place. the owner is very friendly and helped us booked zhangjiajie tickets with all the cable car rides and taught us how to navigate.

Decided to extend our stay at Shanjian Boutique Hostel after our flight got cancelled and thankfully there was a room for us! Owner was also very kind to lend us his phone to call our next hotel in Shanghai to inform them that we have change our travel plans.

The host was very nice and explained us also the route we had to take through the National Park. Room was perfect and really huge :)

The hotel is near the East Park entrance gate (13 min walk -3blks) and the local bus station (5 min walk 1blk), situated on a quiet street.
From the local bus station, you can take bus to Glass Bridge, and other Park Entrance Gates. A very economic way to move around. Buses are reliable.
Mr. ZHANG (owner - no english) was very helpful for hiking routes and tour information.
No morning breakfast provided. 20-25 min walk to Xibu area (restaurants).
Hotel is clean, quiet, free laundry (DIY), safe. Great value.

Everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful, we were even given a free room upgrade. The hotel is located on a street with lots of shops, restaurants, and is very close to the bus depot for accessing tourist sites.

A modern inn located just 5 min to town and 10 min walk to the Zhangjiajie East gate. Owner Zheng is knowledgeable and helpful, assisting us in structuring our itinerary and procuring tickets so that we could see most of the key sites within the 2.5 days we were there. There are good breakfast options in the vicinity of the hotel, so great for early starts. Highly recommended!
