Conveniently located 20 minutes by foot from the Zhangjiajie park ticket office center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only defect is the variety of the breakfast since every morning there are the same things.

We absolutely loved this accommodation, not just because of the facilities — which were excellent — but especially because of the reception staff. They couldn’t be friendlier and are incredibly helpful when it comes to planning your visit to the park. They’re extremely well-informed. We would definitely stay here again, 100%.

Very good hotel, I can highly recommend this to any traveller! The hotel is clean, rooms are nice and modern, the amenities are great such as the pool, terrace and free unlimited water. The hotel staff are all very friendly and will help you book or plan anything. Free breakfast is also a great addition for the mornings!

The room is very big and clean, beds are comfortable too. The location is great, a lot of shops and food nearby and the Zhangjiajie park entrance is also very close, excellent place!

They gave us a free upgrade to a pool view. The staff were nice. The breakfast was not so good as it was mostly Chinese food and not many choices. It would be better with more Western food.

Hotel is old and due a renovation, yes price and location is good but I was very disappointed with the room, windows facing stairs where people frequently walk, your only options are to have 0 sunlight or have strangers stare in your room. Since there’s no separate bathroom (all in 1 room) there’s not even a secure place to change.
Looks a lot better in pictures than reality. But, for 300 yuan honestly it’s okay.
