The hotel is just 10 minutes from the West train station, so it was perfect for us, as it was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are also very clean and the staff is willing to help. The transfer to the station was also very convenient

If you are foreigners and would like to get an authentic experience in China, that's the place to be.
I was amazingly welcomed by the couple who owns the place. They were very helpful in arranging my outings.
The hotel is also well located: 10 min from Zhangjiajie west railway station and 15 min from the Tianmen mount cable car.
Do not miss it!

Very nice to foreigners. The owner helps us many things such as pick-up at Zhangjiajie west station, grab a car to go to Wulingyuan, 72 building, Tianmenshan. You can ask trip.com for his wechat and contact him before going there.

Very nice hotel manager who drove us to the station several times, it’s a 5 min drive hence why we chose this location
