This hotel location is amazing as it's only a few steps away from the bus coming from ZJJ Central railway station. Being at Wulingyuan it's easy walking distance everywhere. Also the breakfast is delicious with lots of local cuisine! The service is excellent as well. Truly value for money

September 2024, We stay here for 2 nights. Hotel is next to Wulingyuan bus stop. Good location. I went to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park by taxi at 6rmb. Easily to get Zhangjiajie grand canyon by bus no.4 for 12rmb. Our room was good and clean. The owner of the hotel were really nice. They helped everything we requested. We are happy to stay here.

Very nice room, excellent location (a 15 minutes walk from the entrance gate, and very close to a bunch of good local restaurants).
Breakfast is really nice for the price, with a particularly tasty noodle soup.
Amazing staff! We stayed for three nights and had a night train on the last day. The staff kept our luggage and allowed us to have a shower before leaving for the railway station.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central bus station. However, we were a bit confused on the exactly location because the hotel did not specify a street number. We called the hotel and they send someone to pick up up at the bus station. The hotel offered us an upgrade to a family suite and we had a very nice stay at the hotel during our 3 days 2 nights stay in Wulingyuan. We will come back again.

Two friends (including a 77-year-old lady) and I had a great stay at Jiezhi hotel in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan. The hotel is within easy walk to the East gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk (particularly a girl) is super helpful in suggesting/discussing plans for our visit to the National park and the nearby attractions. As a result, we were able to maximize the 3 days we have according to the daily weather (Huanglong cave and glass bridge on a drizzle day; Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain for a sunny day; and Golden wing stream valley and Huangshizhai for a light rainy day) and had an awesome time! They are also great to accommodate our 77-year-old friend an extra few hours stay as she was tired and did not join us for the last day in the park. This hotel is also within east walking to the best restaurants in Wulingyuan and we had the best Hunan cuisine/food in our life! We would recommend this hotel highly to anyone that stays at/near Zhanjiajie National Park.

Fantastic location that is walking distance to the East Gate and is also right next to the bus station for taking rides to the other park gates, the high speed rail station, or to the Tianmenshan Cableway station. There is also a pharmacy, several convenience stores, and several restaurants on the same street, with numerous restaurants and food stalls lining the path to the East Gate. The accommodations are decent, although the furnishings are a bit dated. We originally booked a larger room, but because it had a bit of a smoky smell, the hotel staff during check-in offered us a different room for non-smokers only. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Complimentary buffet style breakfast is also a huge plus for early starts so you can spend more time in the park.
