1) clean big room. Lobby has nice view. 2) good service. The hotel can help you booked the tickets for all the attractions without extra costs i.e. same as you buy from the tourist attraction spot directly. 3) walking distance to Wulingyuan national park i.e Avatar mountain. About 10 to 15 mins depending on how fast you walk. So u can be one of the last to leave the forest park. 4) walking distance to car/bus station which you can take bus to ZhangJiaJie Grand Canyon i.e. Glass Bridge.. About 8 to 13 mins depending on how fast you walk 5) surrounded by eateries and busy night street 6) by Singaporean standard

Nothing but praises for this hotel. First of all, the location beside the Wulingyuan river and close proximity to Xibu street makes this hotel ideal. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. It is also walking distance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park's entrance as well as the Wulingyuan bus station where you can take a bus to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. The owner, Mr. Li De (sorry if we got your name wrong) is absolutely helpful and pleasant. With about 20 years experience in the tourism industry, he is the right person to plan and arrange trips for you. His recommendations are spot on. He will recommend places to eat and some even with discounts! How awesome is that? The room is cosy and clean. Great aircond, huge TV, good WiFi and well equipped. It even has a bathtub by the window for you adventurous guests. They also provide a shared washing machine and detergent on the roof top to do your laundry. We were glad that we booked this hotel and we could only praise both the hotel and staffs.

An awesome place to stay, right in the heart of the city! Upon arrival, the innkeeper shared some breakfast spots, checked our itinerary and gave us detailed guide to visit the mountains - couldn't have found such good info online. Also, once we were lost on a Didi ride, gave him a call and he immediately helped to communicate with the driver. Upon checkout, he helped us to bring baggage to main street, hailed a ride and even negotiated the price on our behalf. I would give him 10/5 stars if I could! Totally recommend! The hotel is located in a very good location. Close to the Main Street where you can find restaurants and street foods at night and also street market in the morning. Also close to the park entrance which mean you can walk there it is about 15-20 minutes walk but you can enjoy the view and atmosphere. The room is clean with a good view. We booked two rooms for two nights. One was on the second floor and another is on the fifth floor with a nice view. The lady at the front desk also very kind. They guided us through the everything we need to know, showing the maps and advice us the best way to go enjoy the park, helping us buying tickets. The hotel also organized a car to pick us up and drop us off at the train stations. We are enjoy staying here

Decent ZJJ stay at Bei Ann. What I like about the room is that there is antislip mat in the toilet, and shower place is separated from the toilet. Nice riverview at certain rooms but pls confirm with owner which room got such view. Owner kind enough to help book tix to all spots like 森林公园，天门山，大峡谷，魅力湘西. Location good central enough to travel around via Didi.

the hotel reception was extremely helpful in devising the attraction strategy around Zhangjiajie area as I have limited time there. hotel is clean and is conveniently located near the food places. all in all the hotel is of great value and is highly recommended! the only downside is that Didi drivers are unwilling to drive to the entrance of the hotel so you will have to drag your luggage to the main road which is about 2-3 minutes away.

A nice place to stay in the town near the entrance. A little bit smaller than we imagined but still good value for money.

Actually there is nothing special about this hotel, everything is ok, the check-in process is good and smooth, the hotel location is close to the city center.Cleanliness is OK, hot water is OK, room heater is OK, the towels provided are clean but the size is small.We can rest well in this hotel.Thank you.

It was absolutely a pleasant stay at the hotel. I arrived at 6ish in the morning as I took the overnight train and it was freezing outside. I went inside the hotel and waited till around 730am before I called the hotel as I could no longer withstand the cold. The staff Ms. Xie 謝小姐 who was the only one working there due to low season picked up the call and she was sleeping. I felt very sorry for disturbing her but she got up and let me checked in an upgraded room so I could warm myself up in the room. She also helped recommending the route and buying discounted entrance tickets. I don’t usually write review but I would definitely recommend this hotel and give credit to this staff.

Beautiful hotel. The location is perfect, 10/15-minute walk along the river to the entrance of the park and a few minutes walk to supermarkets and fresh fruit stalls in town. The staff are fantastic and helped us plan our itinerary for the park when we arrived with a map. The room was lovely and much appreciated after long days walking. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

The receptionist is very helpful. She explained me all the route to go and help me buy the ticket for shows. Nearby had many good places to eat, also have a massage. The room is very modern and nice. Will definitely come back and suggest to friends and family.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in the hotel. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful by providing tour advices and booking entrance tickets. We also liked the location and enjoyed walking by the river to and from the hotel. We would definitely recommend it.
