Very good hotel! Amazing HUGE room. Good service. Good staff. Even did laundry for free!

The main advantage of this hotel is the staff. The hotel manager helped us create a sightseeing plan, bought all the necessary tickets, sent a detailed itinerary, and thus saved us a lot of time and made our journey easier! We are very grateful to the manager for the hospitality! The local breakfast from the lovely aunt helped us immerse ourselves even more in the atmosphere of Chinese culture.❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here. We took the duplex and the room was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The service was above and beyond, helping us around the clock with booking tickets, laundry and transportation. All with a smile.

Location was super near the Jiangjiajie National Park, it was within walking distance or taxi was only 6 renminbi (or less if you use coupons on your own). Also, it was within walking distance to the stores and restaurant on the main street, yet quiet enough for a good night sleep. Service was superb and their "butler" service was over and beyond. The sole of a shoe fell and they managed to buy and bring us a brand new sole glue as requested within 30 minutes. The butler's trip itinerary suggestions were also very well planned and detailed that we do not need to hire a tour guide for the whole trip, we can just do it ourselves. The auntie cooks breakfast for you every morning, and different options were available. They have adopted a cat and you can play with it in the lobby if you are lucky enough to see it! Most importantly, room is very warm even in Winter. The only down side was it was a bit far from the city centre (30 min drive) but thats what you get when you want to stay nearer to the mountains, and we were totally fine with that.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they were happy to accommodate our preferences. The staff were incredibly helpful—if you’re not sure where to go or what to do, just book this hotel and let them assist you. They can help arrange tickets and even plan your itinerary. Highly recommended!

This place was incredible in all aspects, beautiful room, clean, many amenities. But the shining star was their service which went above and beyond. They had extensive itinerary recommendations for Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie parks. They helped us purchase tickets for the park. They also had free laundry service which was picked up in the morning, returned and dried when we got back to our room late afternoon. They set up pick up and dropoff between zhangjiajie city. The entire experience was so seamless. They were always very responsive
