Service is 6 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They took initiative to book us tickets to everywhere we want to go. Even drop us to the destination without being asked. Communication is via wechat translation but everything is perfect. Room is huge, clean, and well desined.

The main advantage of this hotel is the staff. The hotel manager helped us create a sightseeing plan, bought all the necessary tickets, sent a detailed itinerary, and thus saved us a lot of time and made our journey easier! We are very grateful to the manager for the hospitality! The local breakfast from the lovely aunt helped us immerse ourselves even more in the atmosphere of Chinese culture.❤️

My wife and I had a superb stay at Songfeng. Not only was the hotel beautiful with great attention to detail, the 24 hour butler service ensured we were more than comfortable and well-taken care of. Check-in was smooth and they had assisted us with the booking of the attractions which truly made our experience in Zhangjiajie fuss-free. The staff even went an extra mile and bought us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. I highly recommend this peaceful spot to anyone heading down yo ZJJ.

This was the best hotel we ever stayed in. First of all it is very conveniently located for visiting the Zhangjiajie parks, but most special is the hotel itself. The rooms look like you are staying in a museum, with beautiful furniture, great amenities and precious details. Apart from that, the service is absolutely incredible. Everything you need can be taken care of, breakfast is amazing, and in general the staff is super friendly and helpful, even if you don't speak the language and only communicate via translation. Basically if you ever want to feel like a royal, you should come to this place. I really hope we can come back again some day.

We really enjoyed our stay here.
We took the duplex and the room was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The service was above and beyond, helping us around the clock with booking tickets, laundry and transportation. All with a smile.

Location was super near the Jiangjiajie National Park, it was within walking distance or taxi was only 6 renminbi (or less if you use coupons on your own). Also, it was within walking distance to the stores and restaurant on the main street, yet quiet enough for a good night sleep. Service was superb and their "butler" service was over and beyond. The sole of a shoe fell and they managed to buy and bring us a brand new sole glue as requested within 30 minutes. The butler's trip itinerary suggestions were also very well planned and detailed that we do not need to hire a tour guide for the whole trip, we can just do it ourselves. The auntie cooks breakfast for you every morning, and different options were available. They have adopted a cat and you can play with it in the lobby if you are lucky enough to see it! Most importantly, room is very warm even in Winter. The only down side was it was a bit far from the city centre (30 min drive) but thats what you get when you want to stay nearer to the mountains, and we were totally fine with that.

It was an incredible experience. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, helping to plan and book the attraction tickets. The facilities were excellent. There is a hot tub to soak and rest your tired feet! The location was perfect, nestled conveniently between popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants, offering plenty of dining options just a short walk away. Overall, it is ideal for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
