老闆人挺好，出來帶去停車，還幫留好了車位。民宿也有電梯，不用搬行李那麼累。

設施齊全，環境衞生乾淨，隔音效果不錯，服務員服務態度好，很親切。離張家界國家森林公園很近，而且客棧外面街道晚上很熱鬧，很多小吃可以吃，已經推薦把客棧要來張家界玩的朋友了。

離天門山索道超級近，步行就能過去，附近吃的也特別多。酒店🏨乾淨寬敞。基本上啥都有。

客棧距離天門山森林公園索道入口較近，沒有餐飲服務，有電梯。房間設計為古樸的民族風格，佈局合理，佈置精緻，衞生間乾濕未分離。客棧位於彭家鋪小區內，小區內民宿客棧眾多，我們自駕導航進入的路段狹窄，附件還有個幼兒園有很多接孩子的電動車，我們的車都不敢走。給客棧打電話，等了十分鐘才過來接的。客棧前面的街道更窄，兩邊都停車後，其它車輛就不能走了。老闆駕駛技術好，挪走門前的大花盆，一點一點調整幫我們停好了車。
