開車來玩，住這裏老闆娘帶吊不弔的，真心建議大家看清楚在訂房，住宿沒水喝，環境又差，還有蟑螂，晚上睡覺都不敢脱衣服，難怪它酒店冷清，標配牙膏牙刷都麼的！這是我住的最差的！

剛下高鐵，就在張家界高鐵西周邊訂了這個酒店，晚上醒來，可以清晰的聽到隔壁打鼾聲，不知道什麼情況，很想去一樓問問隔壁到底住沒有住人🤣🤣🤣🤣我實在睡不着了，起來在床頭拍了一個視頻。覺得，旅遊城市，這這個“酒店”改成“旅店”我還是覺得可以接受，根本不像酒店！建議晚上來張家界高鐵西的，打車去市區，市區也不遠，房子很多也不貴，高鐵西這邊的房子體驗太差了！

酒店存在欺騙，達不到酒店標準。連基本沐浴用品沒有，床單與床被襯套發黃，環境衞生不過關。十分後悔，入住後二人雙雙發燒，影響後面出行。
