We had a great trip. The hotel service was excellent, friendly people greeted us from the plane. They also helped us a lot in planning our trip. We loved the breakfast at the hotel. They quickly booked a car to see the beautiful natural attractions. They took great care during the trip. After the trip, they took us to the train station. The welcome and pick-up service was great. I wish the hotel team every success in their work.

Excellent service and hospitality provided by Fang Fang and Dan Dan. During our stay there were some renovations being carried out but this does not affect our rating. Fang Fang, especially, has gone way beyond our expectations by arranging all our transportation to the various places as well as providing invaluable suggestions. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room and reception service were ok. However, the restaurant breakfast and service were a letdown. At 8am, a lot of food had run out. Most of the dishes were cold as there was no water in the food warmers. Only plain cold bread was available. No butter, no jam and no toaster. Restaurant staff refused to replenish the soya bean drink (claimed no more available) and only did so after we fed back to front desk. Chef was smoking and cooking noodles at the same time. Such a shame that the hygiene level was so low. Worst restaurant cleanliness of all. Front desk told us the treadmill in the gym was usable but it wasn’t working well at all (belt was faulty & treadmill kept stopping). Water was also dripping from the ceiling of the gym.

This hotel has the best staff in the 30 days I visited China. I liked them so much that when I had a few extra days left in my trip, I headed back to Zhangjiajie and straight to this hotel.
The hotel staff made me feel like this should be my home. They even taught me how to make tea. The breakfast was always tasty and I looked forward to having breakfast every day.
I’m giving the facilities 4/5 stars because they lack a dryer, and the gym was not usable.
I didn’t deduct any points for the construction that was going on because you cannot fault a hotel in trying to improve themselves. When I asked to change to a quieter room, they were very accommodating and honored my request.

Small and cozy hotel, with the best hotel staff! Big thanks to fang fang, who was so kind and patient. She helped with the planning and ordering tickets to all the attractions, given us all different route options and all in all, very knowledgeable about everything!
Also the breakfast is tasty, and there are bluetooth speaker system in the room which is great to have.
We love it here!

This was the best experience l've ever had in any accomodation. We were looked after so well from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Fang Fang was so helpful with everything and it made our trip so easy. She arranged affordable transport for us everywhere including free pick up from drop off from the train station, helped us plan a trip to suit all our needs as well as book discounted tickets. She offered us tea which was so nice when it was cold outside and was super helpful with every question we had. Communication with her was amazing even when we were out and about. The room was also spacious and breakfast was tasty. The amount of time she spent with us made us feel so special and we will miss it, I’d recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel host 芳菇凉 was very friendly and accommodating towards our needs. She helped us to purchase tickets for the 天门狐仙performance and fetched us back to the hotel after the performance.

Dandan and fanfan helped us a lot throughout our stay. The hotel has a nice breakfast and has free laundry. The room was big and spacious. They helped us map our routes in both Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain
