The service is very satisfying, the room is also comfortable. Jiaxing really helped us a lot in buying tickets and transportation to tourist attractions. This hotel is highly recommended 👍👍

Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with top-notch service and warm hospitality. A special mention goes to Dandan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. She was incredibly proactive, always offering assistance before we even had to ask. The whole team really took effort to communicate with us. They will treat not just like a friend but like a close relative who visited their hometown. That was literally how we felt when we were there. One of the highlights was the thoughtful amenities, including a massage chair just outside our room—an absolute treat after a long day of hiking. Dandan provided us with detailed guidance (with maps) on the best routes for exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Grand Canyon Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain, ensuring we made the most of our trip. She even kept us updated on the weather and gave valuable advice on how to dress appropriately for the changing temperatures at higher elevations. The hotel also offers fantastic perks such as free airport pickup and drop-off, a complimentary ride to the train station and Tianmen Mountain Cableway, and an amazing breakfast featuring the best Hunan-style noodles we’ve had. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

One of the best service I have ever experienced, they provided free pickup from Train station, free drop off at airport, free transport to Tianmen mountain, free transport for fox fairy show, They provide free guidance to plan the trip and also provide bookings/tickets to attractions on a price less than online prices. All staff is supportive but Mr. Jiaxing is one of the most supportive person, he helped us in every moment from planning till bookings and visit. common washing machines and steam iron is available. Breakfast can be improved a bit specially for some more dishes shall be added that are good for Foreign tourists

I absolutely loved this hotel! My friend and I stayed here and the staff were absolutely stellar! I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so hands-on and helpful. From the moment I booked the room, Dandan the butler had been communicating with me about booking tickets and airport pickup. When we got there, they picked us up and went over an itinerary that fit our needs since we were only there two days. Dandan took care of all our transportation to the scenic places AND the staff also took us (free of charge!) to a really great massage place after we got back because our feet hurt. On our second day, my friend had to go to the hospital for something minor and they gave her a ride without hesitation, again free of charge. I’ve truly never had such an amazing experience at a hotel. Dandan was very responsive to all our questions and needs when we were in the park. Also the place is very clean and the rooms are lovely!!! Breakfast is good and the view is great. I love that it’s attached to a cafe so that was cool to hang out after a whole day of walking at the national park. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Dandan you really made our experience stress free and so much better!!!!

We had a great trip. The hotel service was excellent, friendly people greeted us from the plane. They also helped us a lot in planning our trip. We loved the breakfast at the hotel. They quickly booked a car to see the beautiful natural attractions. They took great care during the trip. After the trip, they took us to the train station. The welcome and pick-up service was great. I wish the hotel team every success in their work.

This place was very clean, the heater in the room was very strong, and the staff were super friendly. In particular the concierge ‘fang fang’ was so knowledgeable and created our 2 day itinerary for us. She let us know the costs, helped us to get the most out of our time there too. The wifi was a bit slow but that is the only downside. For the price, it is worth it. It is about a 5 minute drive from the downtown area and 25-35 minutes from all of the national park gates.
