The staff were very kind, we appreciated the free fruit and their helpfulness. However, we left after one day instead of three because breakfast was served very early compared to other places in the area (6-8am), and the shower had a bad smell.

Great location, bed, and shower. Breakfast could be much better. I paid for breakfast intending for it to be my main meal for the day, and the bread had visually gone off, coffee from the machine was really bad, and there was very little option if you’re more into a Western-style breakfast. Cigarette smell was everywhere, from the bedroom to the lift. If your bedroom window is to the side street, it can be noisy throughout the night. Cleaning overall was average. I would recommend it for the convenient location, if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie National Park and Baofeng Lake. Cleaning, food, and overall stay could be greatly improved though.

The hotel is in a very good location; the national park and all other attractions are within easy walking distance. The facilities are excellent, and you have everything you need. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and more nearby...
