It was okay, the owner is very friendly (and I think he can speak English) and it's close to the station that takes you up the mountains. The room was a bit dirty and the sheets had holes in them, the biggest problem was the water which was never warm enough for showering. Overall it was not bad, you can definitely find worse!

Jerry speaks English and is a great help for anyone needing recommendations.
Short walk to cable car and dozens of very cheap restaurants with authentic meals.
Room was large and clean with a nice separate small tea room.
Bed was firm, which was fine for me.
Convenient place to stay for a few days.

Excellent location and has comfortable, clean rooms which had everything we wanted. The host was lovely and helped us organize and book what we wanted to see in the area. He speaks English quite well. I highly recommend staying here.
