酒店香皂沒有 淋浴拖鞋也沒有 隔音還不好 沒有免費停車 停車還補貼一點點 真的差的不能再差了 不值這個價錢

應該是老酒店翻新，入住時前台態度較差，不過隨意吧，反正湊合一晚，床品有破爛和血漬，空調聲音超級大，不會再考慮。

前台接待服務態度很好，也很有耐心，我這邊在前台因為身份證的事耽誤了很久的時間，前台也不急不躁的幫**作，幫我講解。退房時前台也非常熱情的打招呼，住了這麼多酒店，這個酒店服務真的是我住的酒店中最好的。 環境衞生方面也非常好，下次還會來住，推薦這家酒店，大家可以去住一下，體驗一下。

去張家界旅遊訂的房間，酒店位置很好在步行街裏面，周邊吃的很多，負一樓是步步高超市買東西很方便，酒店服務很好，衞生乾淨，服務員很有禮貌，幫我們介紹旅遊景點。

酒店位置交通都很方便，樓下有很多好吃的，逛街也很方便，離天門山索道站很近，酒店的衞生和服務也非常好，房間客用品都是一次性的特別是浴巾還封包了，很乾凈
